You are only about 10 minutes away from everything you’ll need! It is also within a half-mile of the Sanford Hospital, which would be perfect for traveling medical professionals. Stylish decor, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living area. Ideal for any group visiting Sioux Falls.

This private property is elegantly decorated and features some original mid-century pieces. You have complete access to the main floor. Which is home to everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom #1: King sized bed, and a “full” sized pull out couch mattress. This room can sleep up to 4 people.

Bedroom #2: Features a twin daybed, as well as a trundle underneath for an extra guest. This room can sleep up to 2 guests.

Bedroom #3: Queen sized bed. This room can sleep up to 2 guests.

Bedroom #4: Full sized bed as well as a futon couch that’s a little smaller than a twin. This room can sleep up to 3 guests.

Weather: This is South Dakota ;) in the event of snow there will be a plow. Please allow up to 24 hours for the snow to be removed.

At this time, we would ask that rough activities in the backyard are avoided. We are in the process of redoing the landscaping so have lots of new, unestablished grass and plants growing.

One night stay

The house was very spacious and clean. They had a good amount of utensils and things in the kitchen. Check in process was super easy. Overall really good place to stay !!!

Perfect for our quick stay

Justin's home was just what we needed for our group who traveled from Minnesota for the Sioux Falls marathon. Clean, cozy and simple with everything we needed and more. We didn't cook but the kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials. Our king bed was so comfortable and we had a great night sleep (even with our 1 year old grandson 😉). The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. Would definitely recommend Justin's property and would stay again when in the area. Thank you!
