Welcome to The Blue Bungalow Sioux Falls! This NEWLY REMODELED 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom home is in the HEART of Sioux Falls!. Located in a quiet neighborhood with an occasional helicopter flying over head to the hospital. We are a short walk from Avera hospital and minutes from downtown Sioux Falls; where you can find restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Quick access to I-229 to get to any part of town very quickly.

The Blue Bungalow features modern design and is super clean. The granite countertops and comfortable furniture make this place feel like home. We have a full kitchen that is fully stocked to cook your favorite meals. There is a large Smart TV upstairs and downstairs set up in guest mode so you can sign into your favorite streaming service and we are fully stocked with board games, cards, dice to make fun memories with your friends and family!

Our famous Falls Park is a very quick drive and Phillips avenue has all the bars/restaurants you could hope for!

Blue Bungalow Review

We had 5 people in the bungalow and there was more than enough room. The interior has a spacious kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths. Again, It was a great fit for our group. The interior is carefuly planned and maintained. The patio was the a big hit for us. Very quiet and protected from the wind it was a fav for our sun lovers. We had a fun night in the downtown area which is a half mile or less from the house. Overall highly recommended!

Perfect rental in Sioux Falls

When it was all said and done we stayed about 3 months at Jeremy’s house. Couldn’t have been any better. No real issues, internet went out one time. That was immediately fixed. We requested a mop and vacuum and those were dropped off instantly. Great place, great landlord. Hoping we get to stay again when we return in spring.

Cute and clean

This property was perfect. Very cute and nicely decorated. We had 8 people comfortably staying for the weekend. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
