Good Trip

The host was helpful. Showers were hard due the small water heater. The shower head had calcium build-up that caused the water to spray awkwardly. Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed ourselves.

Loved our time there. Felt safe and comfortable.

Claudia was exceptional. Always reachable and friendly. When we had questions she responded quickly, and was a huge help to us. She went “above and beyond” for us and it was greatly appreciated. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Bedroom is large, the bed comfortable and has a balcony (apartment has 2) to enjoy. The tv is in the bedroom (bring a firestick). The kitchen is small, (no oven), but the necessities were there and we managed just fine making meals. The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, there is a large balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. We loved sitting out there, enjoying the view and breeze. Bathroom is a good size, shower is huge & has amazing water pressure! (& we never ran out of hot water). The grounds were impeccable. The pool was clean and the palapa and common areas were wonderful. We never had any difficulty getting a comfortable space to enjoy. Location was perfect for us. Close to the “main hotel zone area” but far enough away from it to be quiet and relaxed. If you choose not to rent a car, (we did not) it was about a 15-minute walk (less depending on how fast you walk) to the main road where you can catch the bus for 12 pesos, taxis are always available. There are a couple of convivence stores on Pok-ta-Pok, with a larger one right by the Taco Deli restaurant which was excellent! We felt safe and comfortable in this area during our stay. We would stay again.

Un beau séjour à Cancun

L’appartement de Claudia est très agréable, on s’y sent comme chez soi ! Il est bien situé, dans le quartier résidentiel et on accède très rapidement en voiture à la zone hôtelière juste derrière. Un grand merci à Claudia qui est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Une adresse à conserver !
