About this property

An amazing view from the sixth floor. It's high enough for an outstanding 180-degree panoramic view of the ocean and miles of white sandy beaches and to be away from the noisy hustle and bustle of the beach and pool goers. The private balcony offers a chill space to watch surfers and beach goers, share an afternoon cocktail or a sunrise coffee. On site, there is access to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, the Pool and pool house. This condo is centrally located near everything! A restaurant and bar across the street that includes live music. A short drive (or bike) to many other local favorites, live music, beautiful golf courses, and even nature walks. If you're an adventurer, there's surfboard, paddleboard, kayak rentals, fishing excursions and so much more. Please NOTE: The pool is temporarily closed for repairs.

I was raised on the ocean, on an island much like Amelia Island - a hidden gem that you are lucky enough to find or hear about. I was lucky enough to find Amelia in 2019 and was so enamored with the charming town, the friendly people, and the vast beautiful beaches that I purchased the condo. My family and friends can enjoy the island a few times a year and so you can you! I've decorated it to feel light, airy, and simple. Like you have no worries. Enjoy this beautiful island, take care of it and it's hard-working people!

There are 40 beach access points all along S. Fletcher, where this condo is located. Fortunately, this condo provides private entry to the beach so you don't have to struggle with packing and parking. The condo is centrally located next to everything Amelia has to offer - restaurants, live music, golf, boating, biking, fishing.

What makes this property unique

The sixth-floor condo is high enough that you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the street or beach, but low enough to see the detail and watch the surfers. The unit itself is decorated lightly and simply so that you feel like you can leave all your worries behind you. Much thought and preparation go into selecting the bedding to ensure guests are comfortable and well rested on vacation.
