Don't Miss This! THE HAVEN IS NOT JUST ANOTHER RENTAL! The Haven is My Haven that is so special we love to share it with people that appreciate staying in loved places., YOU will see why it is liked by so many and with only 2 years of renting and learning we have returning guests over and over!

The Haven is Paradise in a package! You’ll love this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home with everything you desire for your next vacation. This vacation home is loaded with all of My favorite things I desire or have desired during my vacations with girls groups, romantic get aways, groups and family time. The home is stocked with fun and love. Located just blocks and a 5 minute walk from the beautiful historic downtown of High Springs and a short drive from multiple natural springs and the Santa Fe River it’s definitely the perfect location and a steal for the money. The 3 bedrooms are all set up with comfortable queen beds, skin pleasing linen, charging stations and Ruko TV’s.. There is also a Queen Air bed in the pink room closet, and a portable crib for the wee one. Together this will sleep 9 people but to be honest the air bed is a light fit unless you really need it. The house is a comfy 1500SF.

The home is full of all the luxuries you desire in a cute and private package. You will feel your stress slide away. The master bedroom walks out onto the expansive deck and has a private toilet with a door a handicapped tiled shower and a JACCUZI TUB (including epson salt) and both full bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

If you must, bring your work or school with you! My Haven has high speed internet and is set up with a cute office space with a fantastic view so you can bring the family or job with you and work while you enjoy the Florida sun and fun.

You will love the fully stocked kitchen, with all the accessories you could dream of to make and serve your family a home cooked meal. The kitchen cabinets and fridge is full of spices and condiments shared to make your packing so much easier. The little town of High springs, Alachua, Gainesville and near by communities house all the well known shopping Markets and farmers markets to make amazing meals. On our huge the deck overlooking the beautiful private lawn you will find a propane grill, black-stone griddle and a wood pizza oven if you’d like a challenge. When you're ready to eat you can enjoy the elegant dining room table, belly up to the bar and patio in the 4 season porch or sit on the beautiful deck at the deck seating under the umbrellas or enjoy the Florida sun. Whether you enjoy coffee, tea, soda stream or a blender drink we got you covered! Your morning will be complete with the stocked coffee bar. Then take your hot cup of wonder out to the huge deck and sit on one of the comfortable chairs or chaise while you watch the morning sun and hear nature sounds around you, you won't believe your smack dab in the middle of this adorable little town. If you enjoy reading a book you will love our double hammock or vintage concrete picnic table in the shade. If you’re a TV lover you can enjoy a beer while you watch the news from the large screen smart Roku TV over the bar in the 4 season patio room where you can also sit to watch some Gater football. If you are here for some family time you will love the bean bags toss and ladder throw along with all the board games and puzzles for rainy days.

The beautiful picturesque and totally fenced and backyard for your 2 and 4 legged kids is also the home of a fire pit to make some yummy s’more’s or enjoy a cold drink at the end of a busy day. We do leave some wood that is cut during storm damage but you will also be able to find local sales in the town. He have obtained multiple bikes to tour the quaint town and we check and service them on our visits to our Haven but note we are not here as much as we would like so do check them over before you use them. If its air they need we have provided a pump in the porch and the service stations also have air pumps at them.

Our favorite thing to do on our visits to use the 5 kayak we have provided. There are maps on the coffee table and on line where you can access the water and all the information you will need. These can take you to many of the springs by the Rivers. We love Santa Fe and know you will too. You will need a way to secure and haul them and we only ask that you care for them and return them in the same condition, just be sure to bring your own like jackets Or cushions we do not provide them.

Although, you can cook you 5 course meal here in the Haven you are only a 5 minute walk to some wonderful patios, a ice cream parlor, coffee shop, brewery, award winning pizza and of course shopping. It's a adorable tourist town with much to offer for any taste!

The Haven is the perfect place for you divers as well with the large tables and bar to change and store your gear so when you’re not in one paradise you can relax in my paradise. High Springs has several diving stores and groups to enhance make sure you have everything you need for your next dive.

We live in Minnesota and the haven is our amazing home away from home but someday it will be our permanent home. It is completely handicapped, accessible in side and out. It is well lit, The front door and deck has a ramp the bathroom is accessible. It is also a family home for you and your 2 or 4 legged family. The yard is clean and has a 6 foot wood fence for privacy and safety but nothing is fool proof so but please watch your babies anyway.

The HAVEN is not a ordinary RENTAL. Don't be fooled. It is a Haven. You will be Happy you made the decision to stay in my home away from home. We have it ready to make your vacation the most memorable one ever. The haven has all the things you need to cook and host plus a beautiful private fenced yard, huge deck, grill, heaters, and a amazing linea We have lots of fun games, puzzles and books for family time and relaxation. After a fabulous day in the springs the house is in a perfect location to relax with a fire or walk to all your favorite restaurants, the brewery, ice cream parlors, or antique stores. You’ll never run out of options. I guarantee you won’t want to go home!!
