Very nice house
Very nice, refurbished older house. The neighborhood is being brought back. Wouldnt have thought about staying in this neighborhood yeard ago. We actually walked to the brewery(Strings)down the road and the walk was very pleasant. Food was great. I had the brisket.(Very nice) The only thing that I could complain about is the trash in the backyard not being taken off and we had to pile our trash on top of what looked like had been there for a while. Other than that, the neighborhood was very quiet and the beds slept very nice. Everything was clean. Was able to enjoy the pool table with my wife and son one night. Very enjoyable and would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. Lucie was very communitive to every question that I had. Thanks, Benny Weathersby We ate supper there

Not inspected before arrival
When our group arrived to check in at the house around 8pm it was EXTREMELY hot (94 degrees upstairs and 88 degrees downstairs). Someone had the heat set in the house and we were greeted with dead palmetto bugs on the living room floor. I messaged the owner letting her know the heat was set and I received a very short response of “I hope it cools off soon” in the meantime we were very uncomfortable so we decided to go purchase fans for some comfort (100.00 later). We were very appreciative to have plenty of garbage bags, linen (make sure to bring your own wash clothes- there were none), dishes, etc. I do believe this is a new listing and may have a little work to do. Another suggestion I would give, is to have a paper or binder by the front door or coffee table with a few things to know… check out information was not provided until I messaged to ask what was expected, where the outside trash can is, how to lock the front door with the code, Wi-Fi password, etc.
