Studio Space:
One Queen size bed with luxury linens. Futon sofa with 55 inch Smart T.V

Kitchenette:
Fully stocked kitchenette with all the essentials including toaster oven, blender, and refrigerator. Keurig coffee maker, and coffee k-cups. We provide dish soap, sponge, trash bags, and paper towels. There is also a BBQ grill!

Bathroom:
Fully stocked bathroom with the essentials including: shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and towels.

Parking:
There is plenty of street parking surrounding the property.

Keyless entry, you will receive codes prior to your arrival.


Other things to note:
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No extra guests on the property at anytime unless agreed on prior to your arrival. Please consider another property if you intend hosting other guests during your stay. Gatherings of any size of strictly prohibited. No smoking in or around the property.
This unit is attached to the main home. It has its own separate entrance. This unit does not have access to the back yard area.

PET RULES:
1. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control.
2. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s).
3. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s)
4. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s).
5. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken.
6. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old.
7. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventative is highly recommended. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
8. Guests agree that the pet will not get on the furniture or bedding. There will be a $100 additional fee if pet hairs are found on the furniture or bedding.
9. Guests agree that dog(s) will be rinsed of sand & dried thoroughly before entering the unit. Guest linens & towels should never be used on your pet!
10. Guests agree that dog(s) will not be washed in the bathtubs or showers inside the unit. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose.
11. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.
12. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine.
13. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.
14. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer!

Check-out is at 10:00am.
o Place all towels in the bathroom.
o Make sure the air conditioner and/or heater are off before leaving.
o Fans and indoor fire heaters are turned off.
