This property is situated across the street from The Gulf Restaurant and a few steps from San Roc Cay Marina, with marina views and fabulous sunsets from the front patio. Shopping, Dining, Entertainment just a few steps away. Private beach access across the street off Gulf Dr, its about a hundred yards to the sand and a five minute walk to the gulf. Dolphin tours, offshore and inshore fishing, boat rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, dock store at Reel Surprise Marina and Charters. Boat slippage is available in advanced from Reel Surprise Marina, but there is no parking for trailers at San Roc Cay or Charter Landing II. The Perdido Pass Bridge is a short walk to the East with great fishing opportunities off the public seawall. The FloraBama is 2.7 miles at the Alabama Florida state line. The New Coastal Orange Beach Restaurant complex is about the same distance to the west directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Orange Beach offers world class restaurants for your culinary delight while you enjoy the prettiest beaches on this planet.

Best Spring Break - Perfect Location

We have stayed at Charter Landing before and couldn't wait to return. Charter Landing II was the BEST. John outdoes himself on cleanliness, easy access, his availability and the comfort of the condo. We have already told him to pencil us in for next year. The view right out the door is simply gorgeous. The pools are right there outside the door and unpacking right at the "back door" makes things so easy. My husband fished in the marina and across the road, we had the best meals out and everything needed if we wanted to cook. (hate we didn't use that air fryer) Boys played golf, Momma shopped, beach days, all the things. Perfection

Very nice place!

I would highly recommend this rental. We had a great stay. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated, really nice linens and towels. This is a very spacious condo. We loved the location. The owner is super nice. Will def consider returning if we revisit area in the future.

Orange beach

Very well kept, it definitely matched the photos and was well taken care of. Host was always quick to respond and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
