Kitchen was well stocked, but a little small for our large group of 17 (smallish fridge and space in kitchen specifically). There were lots of games and musical instruments for everyone to enjoy. We were there for the hiking in the Tetons, but also enjoyed a hike to the Darby Wind Cave and around the Targhee Resort. Also enjoyed meeting the sled dogs associated with the resort. Restaurant recs were good.
The Triple Nickel Ranch was pretty near perfect for our little family reunion. We ended up with 7 adults and 4 children (ages 10 months to 8 yrs) and had more than enough room. The kids loved walking down to the creek, visiting the neighbor cows, and making s’mores by the fire pit.The Targhee Grand Resort is about a 15 minute drive, with horseback riding (the highlight of the trip for our 8 yr old), and various activities for all ages. Unfortunately we had a couple of rainy days, and there isn’t much in the way of indoor activities around.
Spacious and clean. Easily accommodated our 12 and we could have nicely had more. Comfortable with all the amenities. Four adult suites each with separate bathrooms, one a separate apartment. A few minutes from Grande Targhee and easy in to town. All three of the owners and the property manager responded to a minor water pump malfunction with quick correction. A very private setting. Not in a development. Great value. Two week stay.
The Triple Nickel Ranch was a perfect spot for a week long stay to celebrate a family wedding in the area. With 10 adults and 3 babies, we all had ample space indoors and out to gather. Noah was totally responsive and the week passed much too quickly. Kitchen appointments made cooking for a crowd easy.
Pictures don't do the Triple Nickel Ranch justice. The number of family members traveling from Kentucky began with 15 but dwindled to 8 to visit Yellowstone and the Tetons. The rental was a perfect base to access both national parks. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, with comfortable beds and other amenities for a large group. We especially loved the back deck to drink our coffee of the morning and listen to the sounds of the Teton creek and the leaves of Aspen trees rattle from a gentle wind. One morning two mule deer graced us with their presence as they walked along the bank of the pond.
Thank you, Noah, for informing us about eateries in the area, and Broulim's, a very large supermarket in the nearby town of Driggs, which had everything we needed. One evening we bought supper from the deli and brought it back to Triple Nickel Ranch.
My family and I hope to return to visit Yellowstone and Teton National Parks in the future, and hope to stay at Triple Nickel Ranch again, if available.

Wonderful Vacation
We stayed at the Triple Nickel Ranch to witness the Total Eclipse in August 2017. The eclipse was amazing and to be able to watch it from the deck of the house with our family will be an unforgettable event. Obviously, others guests will not be able to witness an eclipse but they will be able to enjoy this beautiful house. The house was huge and very well appointed. The great room is the focus of the house and has plenty of windows with views to the surrounding forest. Our kids loved the rec room in the basement, the Crow's Nest and the large yard. I especially loved sitting on the deck in the morning with a coffee and again at night to gaze at the stars. The house is located in a peaceful, quiet setting with a glimpse of the tip of the Grand Tetons. Day trips to Jackson and the Grand Tetons were a pretty easy, scenic drive. As a side note, the market in Driggs is very well stocked - we enjoyed several great home cooked dinners. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting the Wydaho area.
Awesome house for our 3 families! Communication & instructions were helpful and clear. The location is about an hour from Jackson Hole and 1hr 45 min to west Yellowstone. We found this place to be conveniently located with nice towns nearby (Driggs & Victor) and the house was impressive enough to make the longer drive to the national parks worth it. I would absolutely stay here again.
Great accommodations. There were 11 of us, including 3 grownup couples, 5 grandkids. The bedrooms/bathrooms worked out well. Everything worked and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. It was a short trip into Driggs that had everything we needed.
We loved our stay at Triple Nickel Ranch and will definitely return. Having an en suite for each bedroom is wonderful and a separate apartment is fantastic for those who may want more privacy. Our group of 17 enjoyed all the amenities and we very much appreciated the large spaces to be together! Kitchen is well stocked and Paul is easily available to answer any questions. Strongly recommend!!
Property was good. Well located to skiing and town.
My only critique is the bedrooms could use their space better by either having multiple beds or bigger beds.
But a good house with great common space to hang out. Accommodated our group of 12 easily.
The house worked great for our group of friends that have been meeting each year for the past 30 years to ski together. The kitchen and great room area was awesome for socializing, then everyone had their space in the bedrooms too.
House was clean, enough cooking utensils and decorated very nicely.
Will definitely stay at the house again when we get to WY/ID area.
Quiet setting with many awesome activities within 10 minutes to 2 hours. Perfect place to stay if planning to visit Grand Tetons or Yellowstone. Just be aware you will be driving extensively and it usually takes a while to get into Jackson but the drive is worth it. Especially if you have great companions along for the drive. Driggs is a great little town to visit
The property was beautiful, peaceful and close to all of the tourist attractions but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature!
