Softball and College Tours

What a great place! My daughter had her own room to rest for her softball tournament which she never gets in hotel rooms. My son and I enjoyed the beautiful scenery for our workouts. Booking is easy, perfect between her tournament in Watertown and visit to Potsdam.

Clean and comfy

We had a great (although short) stay and loved the room. The beds were very comfortable there was plenty of space for 3 adults it was my mom and dad and myself. It was an easy 10 minute walk down to the main dock in Clayton and very close to a Kinney's drug (in case you forgot anything). Will stay again (hopefully soon!) thank you 😊

A little disappointed

We arrived to find the room smaller than anticipated. Room sleeps 6 but rickety table sat 3. No place to hang towels to dry. Went to cook breakfast and had dirty dishes. No idea where patio furniture or grills were.

We love this spot because it has the peacefulness of living out in the country, but you're within walking distance from town. It also has spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River and plenty of wide open space for lounging

What makes our property unique is the views of the river and the amount of parking we have for people with fishing boats. We are also located minutes from the marina, food, golf and many other activities.
