Nice spot

The location was just outside downtown Hyannis. Conveniently located near restaurants and stores. The home was comfortable with everything need for the stay. I would stay here again next summer.

Fun on the Cape

We had a great time in Cape Cod! This location was lovely and close to everything. We would not have been able to do this vacation at all if we hadn’t found this property that’s reasonably priced (all the hotels in the area were out of our budget). Awesome space, very clean, quiet area and no issues. 10/10 we’ll absolutely be back someday.

Incomplete

The ratings are based on initial impressions. We weren’t able to stay in the property because of its air quality. Upon entering, we immediately noticed the smell of mold and must akin to a damp basement. As an asthmatic, I immediately starting having breathing issues, so we left. The description and photos don't lie, but they belie the actual upkeep of the property. At best, the place was cleaned but then left unattended.
