Our Tiny (450 sq. ft) Cottage is nestled in South Yarmouth close to 5 Nantucket Sound Beaches offers a delightful escape for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and 2 twin beds, along with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, this quaint property is perfect for a small group looking for a peaceful retreat.
Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.
Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. It sleeps 4. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
** Dog Fee: $20.00 per night, 1 dog maximum** As much as we love cats and other pets, we do not allow them due to severe allergies of our other guests. **Do NOT allow your dog on the furniture.**
** Sheets/Towels are NOT included with this rental, although available for an additional fee of $75.00. **
**We keep our rates low by inviting our guests to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheet sets (1- queen, 2 - twin),**
** Please do not use instant booking for more than 7 night stay. Please inquire with the host/owner **
Please leave the cottage the way you found it, clean and neat
Please clean up dog hair inside and outside and do Not allow your dog on the furniture.
Guest who books is expected to stay at the cottage. Do not rent our cottage for someone else if you are not going to stay there as well.
The patio has plenty of seating, a fire pit and Weber gas grill.
Enjoy your evenings sitting in front of the propane fire pit. Our property overlooks the Crowell marsh with wildlife to enjoy. Listen to the song birds and ducks, watch the squirrels play and rabbits as they come to visit.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Check out is 11:00 a.m.
-Sign out of your TV apps;
-Place garbage in the outside containers;
-Clean up dog hair inside and any waste outside
-Wash dishes
-Leave Split Unit on;
-Leave Cottage the way you found it - clean & tidy inside & outside.
-Place furniture back to where you found it.
-If you plan to leave earlier than check out time, it would be great if you could let our cleaning lady know so she can plan her schedule.
-We hope you enjoyed your stay. Thank you.

My husband and I have loved visiting the Cape since the 1980's! It is one of our favorite places for outdoor adventures, from walking our dogs, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking the trails and cycling our neighborhood and the CCRT. We always find time for relaxing on the beaches in every season. We are forever drawn to the Cape's beauty and never get tired of exploring its unique charm and natural wonders.
Why they chose this property
Our property has the perfect blend of a serene marsh view, gentle sounds of songbirds and a variety of shorebirds. The charm of the location of our tiny cottage(s) appeals to specific visitors who cherish our quiet neighborhood and its location. We are centrally located on Mid-Cape and approx. 1/2 mile from ice cream, batting cages, bowling, mini golf, bumper cars and an arcade. It is an easy 1/2 mile walk to the nearest beach. There are 5 beaches along the Nantucket Sound shoreline within walking distance of approx. 1/2 mile to 1 mile.

Our outdoor patio is a very welcoming spot where guests enjoy their morning coffee or tea; or relax by the fire pit in the evening. We love the intimate, cozy feel of our tiny cottage and quiet neighborhood.
