Welcome to our centrally located, two-unit home! Just a 5-minute drive from the airport, parks, recreation, and shopping, our unique space features custom-designed interior and architectural elements. From unique built-in closets, countertops, and sinks to other bespoke design features, our home is a haven for design enthusiasts.

THE SPACE
We are excited to offer our entire home and 2 parking lots, with 7 off-street parking spaces for your stay. Our home is designed with two floors, each with private entrances that are accessible from either of the two parking lots on site via a paved path that runs along the side of the entire home. For simplicity, we are calling the upper level "main floor" and the lower level "studio".
The Main Floor includes:
1 master bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bathtub
3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a standing shower
A fully-equipped kitchen with appliances, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, 5-burner induction stove top, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchenware and dining essentials
A dining table that can seat up to 10 guests, with additional bar seating
A living room
A porch with comfortable seating
A parking lot
The Studio Floor includes:
1 private bedroom that sleeps 3
1 bathroom with a standing shower
A spacious and bright living room
A dining table that seats 4
A kitchen equipped with appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, induction countertop double-burner, and all necessary kitchenware and dining essentials.
Both spaces are connected via a staircase and share a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a utility room where you will find cleaning supplies, a high chair, a crib, and other useful items.
Please note that the private entrances to each floor provide you with maximum privacy during your stay. Additionally, our home is easily accessible, and the parking lots make it convenient to park your vehicles right on the property.
