Rear patio with fire pit and newer furniture for entertaining. Air conditioning featuring Fujitsu split system is quiet and has individual remotes to cool each room. So wonderful in the hotter months of summer, you will be so comfortable! Summer concerts in the parks, world class shopping and entertainment close by. It’s a beautiful area with so many options and close to wonderful dining, shopping, theme parks, and entertainment. With year round mild temperatures, great climate for golf, tennis, and surfing year round. You will fall in love and want to stay!

Why they chose this property

The location was a big factor, as it’s so close to PCH and beaches, but is on a very quiet culdesac street in the Lantern District. I love that the condo has a community pool with an ocean view and spa. It feels like you are at a resort without all the people!

What makes this property unique

Well its easy access to beaches and shopping and freeways. Close to many great restaurants and bars, entertainment and schools and hospitals. Ideal for all types, as our condo is very chic and cozy. Complete with all the kitchen items you need and want! Great for entertaining but not too large to take care of easily.
