Private Beach access included only a short walk away!
Gorgeous mid-century remodel makes staying here a true pleasure. Great art, layout and materials is why this home was published in Seattle Homes. Easy walk to neighboring parks and beaches. 5 minute drive to Old Ballard and 15 minutes to Seattle Center and Pike Place Market. 3 bedrooms each sleep 2 plus one twin and one queen air mattress can be pulled out for the floor. Use the living room couch if necessary. 1.5 baths with 3 sinks total. Lush, private yard.

Guest access
Guest have private access to entire main floor of house and patio, front yard, Japanese tub and shared laundry room. The home has a tenant in the downstairs mother-in-law apartment.

This property is fully accessible with level entry ways, a single level and wide doors, there is one step down to the sunken living room. The laundry room, hot tub, and lower yard are accessible by staircase from the main home but could be accessed by the lower driveway directly.

Glorious Views and Quiet Enjoyment

We were in town for our cookbook tour and had events at several bookstores in the area. The location of this home was perfect for quickly getting around (though not close to the hub of tourism), and we were thrilled to have such a beautiful space to prepare recipes. We spent time watching the sunset over the Sound from the lovely porch and huge picture windows (which our cat also loved), and looking at the beautiful art throughout the Japanese-inspired house. We also walked daily through the neighborhood and along the private beach, which was great for entertaining our three kids. There were several great restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely come back with family and friends if we came up back to Seattle!
