This cozy top-floor end unit offers stunning views of Byers Peak and Winter Park Resort, with skiing nearby and direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails for year-round Colorado adventures and fun!
Designed for comfort and convenience, the condo is just steps from the ski bus route, Safeway, restaurants, breweries, and the Fraser River Trail. Enjoy a private entrance, a covered deck with seating, and resort-style amenities, including a pool, hot tub, playground, picnic shelter, grills, ski lockers, and a bike room.

Inside, the bright and spacious condo features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku, YouTube TV, Amazon Alexa, and comfortable living spaces perfect for couples, families, solo travelers, or business guests. The unit sleeps up to six guests and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king bed and queen-over-queen bunk beds. Parking for two vehicles is included.

The place was clean and well stocked. We used the hot tub each evening, and had the whole pool/hot tub area to ourselves. The walking trail was adjacent to the property, and a great place for a run or walk.

Great spot!

Nice open apartment, comfortable beds, very accommodating. Only downer was no hot tub looks like it had been closed for a while possibly only a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern and clean condo with all the amenities

Great location, just minutes from Winter Park Resort and the lake communities of Granby and Grand Lake. The condo was clean, and the amenities were great. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy, and all our questions were answered. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay near Winter Park

Our family had a great stay. The condo was recently renovated and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and plenty of spices and condiments for those interested in home cooking. It is located about 10 minutes from the Winter Park Resorts and close to restaurants and grocery shopping. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes away (walking). We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The condo has everything you will need for a Colorado getaway. It has an awesome balcony view of the resort. It's a short walk/drive to stores, restaurants, and Winter Park resort. Kevin was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked with extra blankets and towels. I would definitely stay here again!

Winter Park Lodge II, Fraser Stay was Great!

We had a lovely stay at Kevin's place in Fraser (Winter Park Lodge II). I appreciated every aspect of our stay - the condo was just as it was described and pictured, the location was great (easy access to Fraser and Winter Park) and the weather cooperated.....My family loved our stay-cation and will probably book Kevin's condo again; thanks Kevin!!!

Why they chose this property

We just adore the beautiful views and always came to WP as a kid!
The condo is a top floor end unit, 3rd. level with a private entrance. It is bright, clean and comfortable. Covered deck and plenty of off-street parking.
Walk to… Lakes, Park’s, Fraser River Trail, Safeway, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Groceries, Breweries and Pubs, are just down the hill.
Then, the town of Winter Park is just a few miles down the trail. It’s a nice walk!

Getting Around… Ski Bus Route pick up is just below by Safeway, maybe a 3-5 minute walk. They come about every 30 minutes. Check out the Winter Park Transportation site for schedules of The LIFT Bus. Otherwise, ride a bike or walk!
Tons of Mountain Activities, ATV Trails, Hot Springs, Rec. Center, Whitewater, a Great Pizza Place and more with a visit to the Winter Park Information Center.
Information is available at the condo or just stop by any shop in Winter Park or Fraser that rents bikes/skis or ATV’s and ask them about cool trails. Regarding, rafting you will have to make your determination on trips.

What makes this property unique

Condo has a nice, coziness, with a walkable location and views both ways. The place is good for couples, small families (comfy couch), solo adventurers, and business travelers. It is our vacation condo, you get all the benefits of a fully equipped kitchen. Feel free to use what you need. Please replace if relevant.
The condo is a top floor end unit, third floor with a private entrance. It is bright, clean and comfortable.
