We enjoy staying at Ka’anapali Royal H 202being close to beach/ restaurants and shopping as well having privacy while at hot tub or pool on the property .Apartment may needed some updates and cleaning but overall a positive experience .

Terrific location and amenties. Great proximity to shopping and boardwalk.Unit was large, well appointed and had a lively view.Could use a refresh, but was really great for our family.

Great property

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this spacious condo an easy walk down to Whalers Village. The unit was conveniently located close to the highway entrance as well and pricing was competitive for the area and amenities.

Fantastic visit to Maui

This property was as good if not better than advertised! We really enjoyed the spaciousness (vs a small resort room) and how well appointed the unit was to meet all of our needs and make it truly feel like a vacation HOME. We really hope to return in the future!

A nice stay

The unit was nice and very spacious. However we did not find it an “easy”stroll to Whalers Village or to the beach. It was quite a walk and uphill most of the way back to the unit. One thing we did not like were the bed linens. They were so worn that they were almost transparent. In fact my daughter refused to sleep on them. A unit as nice as this really should have quality linens. Also the smaller bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There was “used” soap from the previous occupant in the shower and the shower itself was not clean. We did have one problem with the AC the first day of our arrival. Despite this we did enjoy our stay. Would I rent this property again, no I would not.

We do appreciate your favorable comments regarding our condo, we were however quite surprised to learn of the disappointing condition of our linens and the guest bathroom. We have immediately addressed this issue with our cleaning operator and have been assured that this oversight was an exception. Our supervisor will be reporting on each check out to monitor with much more frequency and scrutiny to be sure this does not happen again. Mahalo.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the property very much with one exception. The property had a noticeable musty/damp odor upon initial entry and mildew around the forced air vent in the second bedroom. Otherwise the unit was clean, well stocked, and well appointed. The location was exceptional and the complex was very quiet. We would stay there again with assurances that the mildew issue is resolved.

This property is very conveniently located and was perfect for our stay. The condo layout with 2 mm

Everyone is very friendly and responsive. We had one small hiccup as the gate codes had changed prior to our last communication so I had to get a hold of night security when we arrived, but they responded quickly.

This is an exceptional condo that is very conveniently located!

We loved this unit! Lots of space, a great layout, and a great view of the pool and golf courses. Also a short walk to Whaler's Village and all of the Kaanapali beaches. Best of all, a much more reasonable price than staying right on the beach. We would stay here again!

Great place! But a lot of rules.

This is a really great condo. Clean and open with a wonderful lanai to relax on and watch the sun go down. The entire complex is well maintained, however there are a lot of rules. Some of us guests got repeated citations for our cars even after they were registered. Plus having to state where spray-on sun block could and could not be applied, and no "Marco Polo" in the pool is over the top.

We will be sure to check with the resort on that. The Maui experience is one famous for relaxing in paradise. Most pools on island don't allow Marco Polo for this reason. Great family vacation at Kaanapali Royal

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 children. The condo was just as it was pictured. The pool was perfect for hot afternoons. The building is an easy walk to Whalers Village and the beach. We would stay here again.

Had an awesome stay in this unit

This condo was great for our family. We wanted to be near the beach, but not pay oceanfront prices. Got that and more with this place. It's just a little walk to a gorgeous beach - we were told by the locals it's one of the best beaches on the island, and I'd believe it. Absolutely, ideal conditions for us adults to lay out, and for the kids to play in the ocean. There was alot to do in this area. Went to do a different restaurant every night. Not bored once. The condo was roomy and very clean. It's been kept up very well. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit, and we'll be looking at coming again next year.

Vacations should always be this much fun

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Such a nice quiet place and very well taken care of. It was very nice not missing our on the comforts of home. My husband and I really liked having the golf course and beaches so close. It was just hard to decide which one we wanted to do on any given day. We never really left Kaanapali because it had everything we needed. The Whaler shopping center was an immense surprise. A big hit with my teenaged girls. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
