Beautiful home

Beautiful home on picturesque hillside lot. Three bedrooms, two baths with plenty of room for family and pack-n-play for grand. Ample parking. Note, bring coffee and filters for traditional drip maker. Would have been wonderful to have those amenities there-perhaps in the freezer. Also, beds are great with fresh, clean linen. Mattresses are extra firm. Access to pillow top mattress covers would take the sleep experience up to 5+. With those two caveats, great time had by all, including our 14 month old entranced by her own little rocking chair.

Fall trip

Overall was very happy…but, Kitchen was filthy…we had to clean all the countertops as they were dirty…we washed ALL the dishes…most of the pots and pans had CAKED debris in them…coffee grounds still in coffee pot. The rest of the house was clean. Your house is now cleaner than when we found it.

Get-away from the Hustle and Bustle

This is a delightful property nestled in the forests and foothills. If you want to get away from all the hustle and hassle, this is a quiet, relaxing retreat with multiple screened porches with views of the trees and moss covered boulders. We were happy to find that this property is located conveniently near to Jeter Mountain Farm, a fantastic U-pick venue. We enjoyed their apple cider donuts! The kitchen is comfortably large enough to cook for a couple or a crowd and is equipped with the necessary utensils and amenities. we lounged over scrambled eggs and coffee every morning. The gas grill was useful for easy suppers, and helped make our trip less hectic - which is exactly what you want when on vacation!

Comfy Boulder Roost

This house is a great value for a family stay. Three large, clean bedrooms (with one decorated for children) and two immaculate bathrooms are just the start. Dining room table with 6 chairs. Couch, loveseat and two rocking chairs in the living room. Coffee table top lifts upward for ease in computing or eating. Plenty of pillows. Large smart TV in living room (only one in the home). Additional card table with 4 chairs in the game nook. Two screened porches with outdoor furniture really let us spread out. Linens provided. Body wash and shampoo provided. Refrigerator/freezer has ice maker. No toaster oven or toaster but we made do with the air fryer. Plenty of kitchen dishes, pots and pans, silverware. Great large laundry room with clothes washer and dryer - even included laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Iron and ironing board as well as a laundry basket. Towels and bed linens were clean and comfy. Fireplace had kindling available (but we didn't use it). Country decor featuring roosters added to the "cozy cottage" vibe. Electronic door lock worked perfectly. Sufficient parking in driveway. Water pressure a bit light (as expected in the mountains). Wifi worked well for emails and texting. Owner/host responded promptly to my one question regarding spa/whirlpool. Apparently there's a glitch in the app or something since there is no spa or whirlpool. The owner/host thankfully made that clear before we arrived.

Roomy and stocked

House is big with large screen room and front porch. The beds were very comfortable and and clean. The firepit is also a great feature and there was plenty of wood but lack of chairs. It did hav some tree stumps around but not real comfortable. The location is great,about halfway between Dupont state forest and Hendersonville.
