Great House for Big Family

We stayed here while visiting grandparents and we were able to accommodate three families with great ease. Lots of separate spaces to sleep, eat and play! Having the pool was so great too! Would stay here again.

This house was perfect for a family vacation. The kids loved the pool and the backyard. This location was ideal, far enough away to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to explore Crystal River. We really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this home for a family vacation to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was spacious enough to comfortably fit 10 adults and a toddler, with an open layout that made it easy for everyone to gather and relax.The home had everything we needed—from family games and pool floaters to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the whole space had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. The pool was a highlight, and the large backyard with plenty of space between neighbors made the whole property feel like a private retreat.We didn’t leave the house all weekend, it truly felt like an oasis. Very nice great location and very clean but we did have some issues with the house. AC would not cool in the back bedrooms,shower leaked all over the floor in guest bathroom and the wooden sliding door would stick .Ice machine was broken. TV was broken in one of the kids bedrooms. When the issues are fixed, please let know, we would love to come back

Not the oasis we expected

Patio and pool area were in need of a good cleaning. Heavy pollen and debri on the furniture. So dirty, we couldn’t sit on loungers, chairs or sofa area. 2 big dead palm trees aside of pool waterfalls. We paid extra to have the pool heated, but the temperature never went past 82. Too cold to swim. When we arrived, the bathroom floors were wet, shower doors and walls were all wet. No extra blankets or sheets for sofa bed. Handle on kitchen sink faucet was broken. This rental needs some TLC to be considered an oasis.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Extra sheets and blankets are stored in the closets, as noted in our listing. Regarding the patio and pool area, Florida’s pollen season can be quite intense, and while we ensure regular cleaning, it can settle quickly—especially outdoors. We also recently removed the frost-damaged palm trees to maintain the space. As for the pool heating, we explained that the charge covers the entire stay, but we accommodated your request for a one-night heating despite the added expense of sending someone out for that adjustment. The pool temperature reached 82°F, which is standard for heated pools in our area. Our cleaners complete the floors last during turnover, so they may have still been drying upon your arrival. However, we will review the other maintenance concerns you mentioned to ensure everything remains in top shape. We take guest satisfaction seriously, and we’re grateful for the many five-star reviews we received from guests who stayed directly before and after your visit. While we understand that experiences can vary, we remain committed to providing a welcoming and well-maintained space for all.
