About this property

All will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Three doors from Gulfport marina, Clam Bayou Nature preserve, 15 minute walk to Gulfport art district. This quaint town, provides shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, breweries, eateries and also my personal favorite, Omaddys Beach bar and Grill. Here you can eat and drink all day and sing karaoke. Let's not forget the beach with a pier, volleyball, picnic shelters, play ground, Pickleball courts, dog parks etc...

Perfect small duplex

A well presented comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Three minutes walk from a nature preserve and 5 mins drive from downtown Gulfport. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, roomy lanai room and nice back yard. Great communication with owners. Highly recommended.

Love Gulfport

This was the perfect location for the two of us and our cat. Close to everything in Gulfport and the surrounding St. Pete area. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!
