The host was very welcoming and helpful. The unit was very easy to acceess with all the basics you need for a comfortable stay with all the right upgrades while still preserving the "classic" Florida home. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little place. Loved the old oven and the intercom system reminded me of my childhood. Backyard was nice for the dogs. My only complaint is the mattresses, both rooms, are too soft and should be replaced. The master could also be upsized to a king with plenty of room to spare.

Fantastic gem in a great neighborhood. The place has a few updated left to complete, but is comfortable, roomy and well equipped for a great space to stay and enjoy the area

This property is good for a comfortable stay the couches were great plenty of room. The Florida room was very cool AC rather loud but r pups loved it in there. Beds have foam toppers on them but really need new mattresses. Kitchen was great everything u need is there. All in all the house is roomy but is very out dated. Backyard is fenced but not closed off at the front so out dogs could not b out there unattended and it needs an outdoor light back there it is very dark at night. Our property manger JoJo was amazing, she was very helpful and went above and beyond for our needs. I would rent here again just because of her!!!

Fantastic centre location, plenty of places to walk too. House was very well set up and covered all our needs for the days need spent there. Nicely decorated and with bikes and games for everyone.

Other than some minor things here and there the home was easy to get to, had a great communication book and most of our needs. If I was being particularly picky and the owner was looking for upgrades to do, I would recommend ceiling fans, but the extra air conditioner in the front room really helped to cool down the house and keep it at a comfortable temperature at night time.
