Perfect for What we Needed

We needed a very last minute stay for one night, and this was perfect for our family of 5 and small fur baby. Though the property is dated, it has been redone. All of our needs were met here, and I appreciated the ease of communication with the host. The neighborhood, directly where we were, was quiet and we had no issues.

Great stay

We rented this home leaving from our house in keaton beach for hurricane helene. The whole process was simple and if we had any questions he was quick to respond. We lost power and he offered us another home he rented out to accommodate us as we were not able to get back to our home after the storm. I highly recommend staying here.

Hurricane Getaway

We booked this little gem on a sudden need to run from Hurricane Milton. It was a great location close to restaurants, groceries and parks. It kept us safe. We raised some concerns and the owner was able to respond to all. Checkin/checkout was easy and good communication.

Grad weekend

The house inside was clean and as advertised. We were, however, disappointed with the backyard. We specifically picked this property to let our dog run in the backyard. The weeds were taller than my dog. The first time we let him out he was covered in stickers We ended up walking him out front for the rest of the stay.

Missouri BB weekend

Spent the Missouri baseball weekend at this property which is tucked in a quiet spot not far at all from everything you could need. Some of the properties in the area were in need of some tlc. As for the house itself, it checked most of the boxes. The biggest thing is how accommodating and helpful Carlos is with check-in. Greatly appreciate it. There are some quirks about the house itself, like the washer and dryer being right next to the backyard door. And the cleaning crew could go over the floors again. But all in all we enjoyed our stay and will be back one more time for the Arkansas series. Thank you again for being an accommodating host!

Was not accurate at all as far as clealiness, it was filthy, smelled so strong of bleach you could barely breathe!Wet sheets were left in dryer,Freezer was broke and built up ice and then leaked onto kitchen floor, back door only had one lock on it.Huge backyard yes, but a joke looked like it has never been mowed and too many limbs and branches down to do any activities, there were no curtains and the floors and baseboards were filthy.I am not a germa fobe, but if i have to pay you a good amount of money for a cleaning service it needs to be clean, no lamp shades garbage can lids broken.At checkout i emailed owners left key advised of issues and asked for cleaning fee back, i did not get any reply.I wil assume he is just an owner who collects money and doesn't care about clients,kills me how he he had such great reviews prior HmmmmI have picts.If anyone is interested.
