We really enjoyed our stay at Kathy's property. It was perfect for our family of 6. Extremely clean, close to outlets and restaurants, great little community pool, and a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. Stefanie (property manager) was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. In fact, the linen company accidentally delivered a queen sheet set instead of a king and Stefanie personally swapped them out for us on a holiday! I would recommend and would stay there again.
We enjoyed the space at the condo, it worked nicely for our family of three. The property manager was very responsive and offered help in any way we might need it. The condo is nicely updated and a comfortable place to stay with just a short drive from great beaches and restaurants.
The location, which is a few minutes drive from the boardwalk, was perfect for us as we were in town for a lacrosse tournament 30 minutes north and did not want to deal with beach traffic daily. But yet you are close enough to drive over and hit up the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants with minimal effort (other than finding parking). The condo is immaculately clean and feels newly remodeled. And it was very spacious for our family of four. The residential community is quiet, the grounds are clean and well manicured, and parking was available immediately in front of the Unit. We will definitely return!
Perfect condo. Every single thing you need. We loved sitting on the porch, cooking in the beautiful kitchen and enjoying our time. Close to Bethany beach (drive) but still ok. We never used the pool, but did walk around the area. Thanks so much. The decor was beautiful
My family truly enjoyed our stay here. The place is exactly as pictured. It’s conveniently located to everything you need shopping, grocery, gas the beach and boardwalk. My kids were fascinated that the place has its own private elevator which was a nice perk when loading/u loading the car. We took advantage of the community pool which was a short 2 min walk, also very clean and inviting. We also enjoyed relaxing on either of the 2 screened in patios and the view of the water feature. Although once nightfall came it did get quite noisy from either the frogs or bugs that were down by the water. I’d recommend a noise machine if your a light sleeper. The place is stocked with all of your kitchen needs. However, if you like to cook just be sure to bring your own seasonings. My kids are already asking when we could go back. We recommended this locations and would stay here again.

Lovely place, but some communication issues
The place is nice, spacious and well designed, with two balconies—which was a great touch. But we ran into several issues during our stay. First, the company managing the rental did not provide clear arrival instructions in a timely manner, and requires renters to travel to its office at a separate location to pick up materials like an elevator key, pool bands and a guide—all things that could easily have been left in the unit.
Second, on our first morning there, cleaners walked through the locked front door without knocking—while I was getting dressed after a shower. I mentioned this to the host in an email and never received an apology or any response at all.
Third, we could not get access to the garage and the elevator did not work.
This could’ve been a much better rental, but communication was lacking.
