Kiahuna Plantation Resort is the only beachfront condominium resort in Poipu. The plantation style architecture is surrounded by over thirty acres of lagoons, lily and koi ponds, swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and plumeria trees accented by meticulously maintained lawns. The white sands of Kiahuna Beach are perfect for a day at the beach and the blue crystal waters are ideal for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and more.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. You can't beat this location. Loved the ground floor location and enjoyed the lawn space right off of the lanai. Would definitely want to stay here again!

Kiahuna Plantation

Gorgeous property, beautifully manicured. Plants and flowers everywhere and I love to hear the birds especially in the morning. The beach is amazing and just a few steps away. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Lovely corner condo, which gives you more windows to let in the breeze, surrounded by trees and plants.

A piece of paradise

This property is a great location for exploring the south part of the island. There is easy walking access to local eateries and shops. We highly recommend an outing with Captain Andy and visit the local farmer's markets and art night in Hanapepe. The horn spout was neat to see as well. The beach is steps away and the surf could be heard at our unit. Look for and respect the Monk seals and sea turtles. The place was adequately stocked. There was a place on site to rent snorkel equipment and other beach items. A surf school was also in operation which was quite entertaining! Really a beautiful, peaceful place. Parking near our unit was the only issue but not a big deal. We vacationed with an attitude of Aloha!

location is great. we played lots of golf and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the unit was a bit old and dated but the location was perfect for our needs. the unit itself was kept tight, 4 small bath towels, 1 bath mat. In a humid environment, nothing dries out so it would have been nice to have some extra towels. Nothing extra in the kitchen. There were bbq's on the property that were pristine and we used them one night to grill a piece of fish but there were no bbq tools so it was a challenge. the bed had a plastic mattress cover that was like a ziploc bag so you got very sweaty at night and the sheets were sliding off the plastic. Could definitely use some refreshed pillows so overall creature comforts could be updated. Seems like those are inexpensive upgrades and not sure why owners are so hesitant to spend a few extra to make their places a pleasant place to stay.

Regarding the towels, the condo is stocked with full sets (bath, hand, and washcloths) for four guests, even though your party had only two. If you didn’t find all four sets, we sincerely apologize — we would have been more than happy to bring additional towels to you. The in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience during your stay. The condo is rated “Deluxe,” which reflects a well-maintained property that has been updated within the past ten years. We appreciate you noting areas for improvement — we will definitely look into the BBQ tools and the mattress protector to ensure everything meets our guests’ expectations. We haven’t received similar feedback about the bed linens and pillows, but we’re sorry to hear they didn’t meet your comfort needs. We’ll take a closer look to see where improvements can be made. We hope to host you again!
