Excellent, clean, well-amenetized home

Love our stay!! We stayed here with 3 kids under 4 years old and 5 adults. Firstly, it was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy and linens clean. The washer and dryer were huge. The bathrooms were large and clean. The furniture was comfortable. Modern TV and wifi access. Everything here is new, which is nice. Simply put, the house is thoughtfully furnished. It was easy to access and communicate with the host and we were 10 mins from Lewes Beach. Had a great time. No complaints. The house is located at a sort of major intersection, so you can hear some road noise but not a bothersome level for an adult. We had white noise machines for our kids to sleep so it wasn't an issue for them either. We would definitely love to stay here again.

My husband and I are both in architectural field, and love simple modernism. We appreciate a lifestyle that reflect our personality, and even when we are on our vacation, we always look for amenities that satisfy our needs and personalities. Our Lewes home is just that, and every time we come to our Lewes home, we feel relaxed, happy and feel replenished to go back to work after our stay. We want all of our guests to feel the same, and we are very excited to have you at our home.

Why they chose this property

Our family of four have been vacationing in the summer in this area ever since my husband and I got married. We have beautiful memories of Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beach areas which are very family friendly, and our kids loved spending their summer here. My parents whom both passed away also often joined us, and we have enjoyed swimming, fishing, shopping, dining at fabulous seafood restaurants, and also other fun kids activities such as Funland! Off-season time is also very nice because you are not dealing with the huge crowd, but you can still enjoy all the things you love about this area.

What makes this property unique

We are centrally located, and have an easy access to all three nearby beach towns - Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey. We also find it very convenient to get to our home without going through the beach traffic on Coastal highway. There are so many restaurant options around us with more parking available unlike the busy Rehoboth. There are a lot of basic infrastructure such as local grocery markets and pharmacy nearby us which is essentials for a lot of families.
