Enjoy the warmth of the fire as you prepare dinner in the galley kitchen while overseeing the happenings at the table for 4. Tune into the game of the week or step out on the patio for fresh air and Rocky Mountain vistas. Send the rest of the crew upstairs to relax and watch a movie in the loft.

End your day and retire to the primary bedroom with a comfortable king bed and shared bathroom with walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and full bed with access to a shared bath featuring tub and shower combo.

The Rockies complex is located 400 yards, by maintained walking path, to the West side of the Steamboat Base Area. Family friendly amenities include outdoor, year-round heated pool, two community hot tubs, and BBQ grilling area. In the summer months, line up friendly competition on the sand volleyball court or hop on the paved bike trail across the street. A no-fuss parking area allows ease of access into each building. Heading to town? Complimentary, on-call shuttles are available for Retreatia guests in the winter months.

Good location but dated

Location is a short wake from the village. But is rather dated. We lost power twice in the unit and when temperatures are 8 degrees outside it made it hard for the electric baseboard heaters to catch up. There is no heat in the bathroom upstairs, so that makes for one usable bathroom in the winter. Kitchen was somewhat well stocked. Tile grout in the bathrooms was pretty gross and there was an old huge yellow stain on the rug upstairs.

Beautiful views but not the original place I booked to stay. They had to move us. The condo was south facing, no curtains in some windows and it was hot. Hard for a handicapped person to get down the steps and the have to walk down to the end of the hallway. Expressed to property office that we needed to easily get in & out. Things were broken or missing also.

Great family rental

We had a fabulous time at your rental. We loved the pool, and the location to the mountain and town. It was very warm when we were visiting and the only downside was how hott the unit got.

Cute place

Was really cute. A little crowded downstairs for my liking. There is no air and the fans were tucked away in the upstairs closet and didn't find them till last day😪
