This property is awesome! The views are incredible. There are too many amenities to even mention. The hosts have thought of everything. There is so much to do at the property. The area is also great. Awesome restaurants, breweries, wineries and shops within a short easy drive. The Host was extremely helpful and communication was first class. We hated to leave.

The house amenities were wonderful. We loved pool and outdoor activities and game room was fun for family. We celebrated my Mom's 70 and there were 18 of us. Had a great time.

Give that it was 8 adults and 8 kids.The house was lit, fans, everyone slept well, and some latter and some early risers. We had ample space to be a family.

If you are looking for the perfect retreat for family or friends, Hills Haven is the absolute BEST! As an avid pickleball player, my family vacations always require at least one court, lots of playing, and one day of a tournament which included matching shirts. Not only did Hills Haven have a court with a view, but so much more.The large swimming pool and hot tub were so refreshing, especially with breathtaking views overlooking the Hill Country. The main house was exceptionally well-stocked with kitchen equipment that made meal prep for 18 people a breeze. It also had super comfortable mattresses (I'm actually researching them for my own home!), plenty of pool towels, kid-friendly amenities including a play scape AND a bouncy house, and fantastic indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Large windows on both levels made the space feel bright and connected. Starting the morning on the rocking chairs with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise, and listening to the birds was pure bliss.Beyond the main house, the "party barn" was a huge hit for our game-loving family—complete with billiards, darts, air hockey, foosball, a media room for movies, and a long table perfect for big group card games.On top of it all, property management was incredibly responsive. Any minor question or issue was handled immediately, making us feel like truly valued guests. We would gladly return in a heartbeat!

Perfect place for large family gathering, looks just like the pictures, so many things to do. Loved the new pickleball court, it’s obviously still a work in process, as it needs a safe way to access it down a fairly steep slope. Very clean and well stocked with lots of amenities! Already discussing when we can go again!

Fantastic Family Weekend!

We had a wonderful long weekend with our extended family at Hill Haven Retreat! The property was very clean and totally as described/pictured in the listing. The amenities were fantastic and provided fun for all ages. The hosts were attentive and so thoughtful-even asking if we needed a pool fence put up in case we had little ones-which we did! The house is convenient to breweries, wineries, distilleries and shopping! Highly recommend staying here for a great weekend in Driftwood/Dripping Springs!

Family Reunion

We spent Thanksgiving at the property and had and excellent stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal for our family reunion. Properly is in excellent condition and is true to what you see in the pictures. We loved the game barn and the movie theater room. It was perfect for our big family.

Wow! What an amazing spring break trip. 5 families, 19 total, thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful home and property. There was something for everyone: swing set for the kiddos, firepit, tree swings, two basketball courts, pool and hot tub, cabanas, grill, movie room, 2nd kitchen and refrigerator, multiple outdoor seating areas, and the barn...games galore. We enjoyed time together as families and we are grateful for the time. The accommodation were clean, modern and equally amazing. Our hosts were so nice and responsive. The gate was not working upon arrival and they let us know beforehand and had someone out to fix it the next morning. We didn't have enough washclothes for 19 people and they promptly brought more to us--all without having to make a phone call--text only (which was my preference). And the best part---no extensive move-out instructions. I can't wait to rent this home again. It was well worth the price paid.

Labor Day weekend

We were a group of adults who stayed over a long weekend. The house is awesome. I think we all loved pretty much everything about it. It was so nice to have a large, covered outdoor dining table that fit everyone. The kitchen was very well stocked. The Miele dishwasher was fantastic! There was an enormous amount of space to spread out. It was so nice to have a large hot tub. We used it a lot. The pool was large and deep. The view was great! The things we could have wished for were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, natural material covers on the beds, and there were too many games (tight fit) in the game room, several of which were not working, like air hockey and foosball as well as only one working pool stick. There is some noise from the road running very close by but you don’t really hear it from inside the home.
