Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible

There was no stay because I could never contact owner for entry. I called Vrbo at 3:00, they couldn't get ahold of them either so Vrbo did find a place for me to stay but was suppose to send me places where I could stay the next night. The message was sent to the incorrect e-mail and I never received it. I had to leave the hotel so I ended up sitting in a parking lot for two hours after calling Vrbo about the situation. Was told my e-mail was incorrect and they didn't know if it would be sent again. It wasn't, I finally decided I had spent enough time in the parking lot and found my own place to stay. Trip was crazy and really messed up my weekend. I had to answer a few questions on the survey that couldn't pertain to my stay so I could send it in.
