An upstairs Legacy Villas studio with a king bed, mini-bar, fireplace, full bathroom and private patio will make your next stay in La Quinta comfortable and enjoyable. The bedroom opens to a private balcony above a greenbelt, satellite pool and hot tub directly below. The bedroom provides ample living space with a closet and chest of drawers. The mini-bar contains a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Disposable utensils and dish-ware are located in a cabinet above the mini-bar. The bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub with a large vanity and additional storage. The studio is located near the back of the Legacy Villas community with ample off-street parking directly in front of the entrance. The condo is a short-walk to a community satellite pool and hot tub and a 5 minute walk to the main pools, fitness center and clubhouse. The unit can be combined with LV218 (Awesome Upstairs 2 Bedroom Legacy Villa) to create a spacious 3 bedroom villa (subject to availability).

Guest Access:
Prior to arrival, Occupant will receive access codes to electronic door locks and/or lock boxes containing keys to the Premises. The Premises may contain common area keys/cards and remote control device(s) for garage door/gate openers that are the responsibility of the Occupant. Occupant shall pay all costs and charges related to the loss of any keys or opening devices.

The Neighborhood:
The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbecue. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

As spring descends upon La Quinta, the city transforms into an artist's paradise with vibrant blooms adorning every bend. Celebrate Memorial Day (May 27, 2024), Independence Day (July 4, 2024), or Labor Day (September 2, 2024) at our studio, perfectly placed to soak in the festive aura.

The location puts you within a stone's throw of major points of interest. Treat the golf enthusiast in you at the PGA WEST Pete Dye Mountain Course or La Quinta-Dunes Course. Or explore the enchanting wildlife at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Uncover the magical performances at Marvyn's Magic Theater or immerse in the cultural vibrancy of Old Town La Quinta.

Please note, our studio is not suitable for children, infants, pets, and doesn't permit smoking or hosting parties/events. Even though we provide a wide range of amenities, please note that a full-sized kitchen and washer are not available in our studio.
