This is as close as you can get to your own private beach. Ocean views from every bedroom and unparalleled views from the deck, living room and dining room. Our new deck (2023) sits more forward than neighboring houses for panoramic views all the way to Barnegat Inlet. Wake and step directly into the sand. Or take your coffee on the deck and watch for dolphins! After your beach day, take a hot outdoor shower, grab a bottle of crisp white from the wine fridge (new 2023), grill fresh fish on the deck (new Weber Grill, 2023) and dine with family or friends in the oceanfront gazebo or in the incredible dining room, then take a stroll around the deck to the bay side to take in a colorful sunset show. Even on a holiday weekend, the beach in this exclusive Loveladies location is sparsely populated. We are 3 doors down from the nearest lifeguard stand, and you are a stroll or leisurely bicycle ride away from the bay beach (great for small children), public boat launch, the local coffee shop and fresh fish market, Viking Village shops, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Other activities: charter a boat for deep sea fishing, rent surf boards for delivery to the house, climb ‘Old Barney’ light house or take an evening sightseeing cruise. Other new updates for you to enjoy: all new living room couches (2024), all bed quilts are new (2023/24) and freshly laundered between every stay, new GE fridge with filtered water and ice maker (2024).

Absolutely stunning home. Tons of natural light and views of the beach. The outdoor patio area is perfect for lounging, soaking up sun, eating dinner, and even napping to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves crashing. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend this property to anyone interested.

Perfect Location

This house has an absolutely gorgeous view from its huge oceanfront deck. Spacious, clean and with easy access to a beautiful beach. The kitchen, dining room and living room all have a lovely view of the ocean. Beach chairs and outdoor shower were enjoyed by all.

Beautiful home in perfect quiet location. We had sunrise coffee, walked to beach, and spent a lot of time on the deck watching the gentle waves. Ample dining and living space, and the kitchen had everything for group meals. Check out Viking Village for a tiny produce store with staples like eggs, rice. Barnegat light is a short drive. Ample parking for our group. Rented a fishing boat with captain for a fun day trip, we caught 19 fish!

Overall we had a fantastic time. The house was very clean but a little dated as far as the bathrooms and the bedrooms decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. The deck was great, the view and access to the beach was awesome. The new kitchen was awesome!! My family loved it!

This home was built by our parents/grandparents and has been our 'happy place' for four generations and over 50 years. Located in Loveladies on the border of Barnegat Light. Nearby: Viking Village, 'Old Barney' light house, fishing charters, fresh fish market, coffee and small shops, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream.

What makes this property unique

The wrap-around deck sits farther forward than the neighbors, providing panoramic views all the way to Barnegat Inlet. Even on a holiday weekend, we have so much space on the sand in front of the house. This is the closest you can get to your own private beach! Right off the private beach bath you can step into a hot outdoor shower after swimming in the ocean.
