We were fine with it but any one with mobility issues may have trouble with the stairs to the lower level. No railing and I cant imagine the steps are to code. We were surprised that there were no extra towels for the pool but found them later in the dryer. Nice place if you want perfect you will find some old pealing paint but again we did not care the place was fine. In regards to the lower level accessability all that is down there is 1 bedroom and the pool table. Would recomend to family and freinds.

Roaches, broken floor boards and grungy

This place was a last resort since another Vrbo listing canceled on us last minute due to a leak. I figured it would be adequate. I was dead wrong. The check in process and property manager were great but the house itself was musty, dirty and we ended up seeing big black roaches (live and dead). When we first checked in we saw broken floor boards by the bathroom entrance with holes in the floor (major safety issue) and alerted the property manager. They offered to send someone to fix it but at that point we covered it and had 18 people in the house so it would have been too complicated. Next we started cleaning up some the house since it stunk and was covered in dust. The kitchen cabinets were filthy and covered in dust, food and stuck on oil. I scrubbed the kitchen for over an hour. It’s really disappointing since we didn’t have any other options for our larger group at that point. The backyard and pictures are deceiving. Don’t be fooled. The last straw was when my son n law had a roach run at him in the bathroom. Then we found several dead roaches around the house as well. I checked out a day early and left immediately. My sister stayed and cleaned the house spotless. They didn’t even deserve that. We left it in better condition then when we checked in, but I wouldn’t take a chance. I still have PTSD from seeing the roaches since I’m terrified of them. So gross.

Golf getaway

Excellent location for our group of 7 golfers. Ate in 3 of the 4 nights we were there. BBQ came in handy for grilling steak and chicken. Beds were comfortable. Clean and convenient. Highly recommended.

Baseball Tournament

Overall we enjoyed our stay and it accommodated our needs. It was a little warm and the downstairs bedroom at least needs a ceiling fan, no circulation of air. We originally had a issue getting the hot tub to work, but Lori our hostess went out of her way to make sure the issue was resolved. As we were leaving they were starting to break ground on a swimming pool so that will add to the activities they had. The kids enjoyed the electronic golf game, the pool table and the connect 4 game so there is enough to entertain them. I'm not sure the neighbors are thrilled of a VRBO in their neighborhood, received a couple of text messages from the rental company saying there were complaints of noise, but we never had any loud parties and when outside just sat around and talked. Usually inside house by 10:00-10:30 because since we were there for a father/son baseball tourney we had to be up and out of house by 0800 and usually didn't get home till after 7:00. Overall all the house was good and you will enjoy your stay.
