Welcome to our upscale, multi-level Townhome in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Minutes to the best shopping, nightlife, and restaurants in the area! Roughly five minutes to Fashion Square, 15 minutes to the Phoenix Zoo, and just under 20 minutes to the Sky Harbor Airport which puts you in the perfect location to explore all the best spots of the Valley of Arizona!

This townhome has a minimum stay requirement of 21-nights, must be 25 or older to rent and the renting person must be staying in the home throughout the reservation.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. The home is a keyless entry for a smooth check-in both afternoon and night! The unit only has street parking, no garage parking.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyft for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Not Worth it

Great location but property is under construction and there is constant noise right next door. Property was not adequately stocked with essentials, like cutlery and glassware. Bed comforters were stained, hot tub was not hot for a month of our two month stay. I would never stay again, many other choices in the area with much greater value for the cost. Way over priced for what you get,

New Build - Great Location

We stayed at this property for over a month to escape the Chicago Winters. Property was a new build and the location was great. You're steps away from two parks and a pedestrian/bike path that stretches from Indian Bend Rd to Camel Back Rd. Two large grocery stores were steps away and Old Town was a 5 minute drive. We stayed with our two kids 2.5 and 4.5 and there were plenty of toys for them which was great. The main floor has child gates so my 2.5 year old was relatively safe. My only complaints were the check in and the ongoing construction. There wasn't a manual at the property to help guide you around the mechanics and technology so I found myself texting the property manager a lot. I received a few emails with access codes that didn't work only to call and get a different code to enter the property. Half of the complex is still being built so there is a lot of dust and debris in addition to the construction noise all day long. Had I known this I probably would have picked another location since it was difficult for my 2.5 year old to nap. Overall the stay was great but it would have been nice to get a heads up about the construction for the amount this property was being rented for.
