Great location!

We stayed for approximately 2 weeks during a renovation at our own home. The location was perfect and the townhouse has everything you need. Stacy was very responsive and a great host!

Perfect Inside…

The townhome is very nice inside. The outside area was not. Although there is nice seating and a fire pit outside, it really is not usable. The townhouse it is connected to is creepy. We would not stay again.

Very cute villa

Stacy communicated well prior to and stayed in touch during the stay. The Villa was very cute and had everything we needed. The Villa was cozy and the bed was comfy. It was very close to the airport and to the downtown area as well as numerous restaurants. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if in the area.

With a deep clean and some overall TLC, would stay again - nice space and great location

The space is largely as described/pictured in the listing. Firm king size beds in both rooms and decent living space; we appreciated the desk in one of the rooms as two folks needed to work one day (wifi is good for this). The outside back area is gravel and does smell of dog pee but somewhat to be expected in a pet friendly listing. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, though two items (reusable k-cups and dish soap) had to be delivered by the owner on our first day - seemed like another guest had removed and it wasn't confirmed those items were there during the turnover. The ice machine isn't hooked up but the owner provided a bag of ice. Communication with the owner was good. We ran into several issues/questions on check in and all that could be were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. They also immediately offered a small refund which was much appreciated and appropriate for what we ran into. It overall seemed as if the cleaners weren't the most attentive as one set of sheets had dog hair and some staining so sheets had to be switched and most of the flat surfaces had dust/dog hair on them. The unit could overall benefit from a very deep clean/reset and some TLC. If the owners indicate that a deep clean was completed, we would likely consider staying here again. The area is nice - lots of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes as well as a large park and trail system. The neighborhood is sort of walkable but lots of cars on the street.
