Located just off Key West at mile marker 5, the gated community of Coral Hammock on Stock Island is a stunning and peaceful retreat with a gorgeous resort style giant pool, luxurious clubhouse and fully equipped fitness area. You are close enough to all the excitement of downtown Key West without being right on top of the nightlife.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Take a deep breath and exhale as you step into this delightful three bedroom three bath townhome, boasting inviting indoor/outdoor living space. The open concept kitchen, dining and living area offers optimal flow for function and comfort. Delight your loved ones with delicious meals crafted in the modern and fully stocked kitchen with top of the line cookware. Entertain, play games and enjoy your favorite shows on the plush living area furnishings

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
This home has three full bedrooms each with TVs as well as three full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 - 8 people so it is ideal for families with seniors or couples traveling together. The primary suite features a king with an en suite bathroom with a conventional tub/shower combination. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom with tiled shower. The 2nd floor bedroom has two twin size beds (which can be converted to a king) and a full en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. There is also a custom Carolina Chair queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a pack and play available.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
A tranquil pool view can be easily appreciated by relaxing on either the upper or lower balconies. With its gated entryway and lush landscaped grounds this home boasts panoramic tropical garden views and a convenient pool side location. The resort sized heated swimming pool invites you to soak up the sun while enjoying our island’s warm breeze. The Key West Golf Course is just a stone’s throw away. For the boaters out there, Coral Cabana is also centrally located to 3 different marinas.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

Coral Hammock HOA-Rules & Regulations:
· No boats, trailers, wave runners, motor homes, campers and/or buses allowed on site. (You must make other arrangements in advance at a local marina, etc)
· Vehicles may park only in designated parking spaces and may not park in the following areas of the association property: designated “fire lanes” or driveways.
· Boats, buses, campers, trailers, motor homes, recreation vehicles, mobile homes and commercial vehicles shall not be parked on the association property.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of big and small gadgets that were unexpected useful surprises. Just an FYI, inorder to have downstairs comfortable, the upstairs is hot.Absolutely loved it. Seriously considering booking it for next year.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

We had six girls on this trip and loved the space this place provided! And that we had 3 separate bathrooms! It was walking distance to several things we ended up doing and the pool is practically in the back yard which was great!

Girls Getaway

Perfect location in Key West for us. We did have to drive to Duval Street but appreciated the quiet of the location. Property was clean and perfect for us as each of us had our own room and bathroom but would also be perfect for three couples as there is more than enough room. Property manager was always available and quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall, great stay!!

Relaxing place to stay near Key West

Coral Cabana stay was excellent start to finish. The property is in a gated community and felt very safe. The property manager touched base prior to our arrival and left lights and TVs on - very nice touch. The place was spotless and very well appointed. Heated pool was just down the walk from one of the back porches. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped - not that we used it much. A pretty good restaurant named Roostica is right across the road. My spouse and I greatly enjoyed our time on Stock Island and in the Coral Cabana house. Highly recommend!!

Second time is a charm

Repeat stay and just as good as the first. We choose to stay just outside of key west and uber in. This unit is close to the pool, has a quiet neighborhood and is a perfect antithesis to the liveliness of key west.

Great stay at Coral Cabana

Coral Cabana is a well maintained home in the gated Coral Hammock community. The home is well appointed with all of the comforts of home. The home backs up to the community pool and community center, which includes a fitness room. Duval is a $5 cab ride, airport is 2.5 miles away, Hurricane Hole Marina is a 1/2 mile away for your scuba and fishing trips. Great stay and highly recommended.

Condo itself was very nice. Comfortable, good location. Will accommodate 6 people comfortably. Be aware of extra fees. Cleaning fee at checkout is 250.00. Property fees were 100.00. “Administrative fee was 45.00. VRBO fee was 154.00. Taxes were 171.00. Our base rate of 1375.00 for 5 nights quickly changed to over 2000 dollars.

Wonderful big group getaway! Awesome house and furnishings close to everything.

We really enjoyed staying here. We were welcomed and well taken care of through our entire stay. Upon entering the condo we found a big welcome basket full of goodies from the owners. So nice and yummy! Brian was such a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We used the concierge service and was given great info on all the things we had interest in. The house itself was clean, very roomy and decorated nicely. The kitchen was furnished with anything you could want. They also had a closet filled with pool/beach toys and games. we grilled out on the huge gas grill on the back porch. Such a nice addition. Another plus is that it backed up to the pool area. We didn't have any problems and hated to leave. I would recommend this to everyone! I hope we are able to make it back soon. Thanks, Brian for making our stay a great one!

Outstanding!

This house has the perfect tropical vacation feel. It is clean, quiet at nite and we felt safe in this gated community. The pool and workout room are right outside your back door! We rented bikes from Recycle, you can ride all over the island. The owners gave us a starter pack of toiletries, along with bottled water, wine and snacks. The kitchen is well stocked with gourmet pots, pans,spices and cookbooks. It has new stainless steel appliances. There is also a brand new Weber grill on the porch as well as pool and beach toys available in the house. We spent a lot of time at our favorite beaches- Fort Zach and Bahia Honda! We even went fishing off the rocks at Fort Zach. Chicos is our favorite restaurant and we tried some local Cuban food from EL Sibonay. We also walked to Roostica which is right around the corner! Just a short GOLFCART drive away from all the excitement!

Spacious and quiet

Great location about 4 miles from downtown Key West. The unit was quiet and has a lot of room. You can Uber downtown in a about 15 to 20 minutes. If you don't want to be in the middle of all the Key West action this is the place to be. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great location and amazing place

Perfect three bedroom three bathroom townhouse with the pool literally steps away from the back door. Porches galore! The pool is nice. They have a bedroom with a nice soaking tub. One bedroom on first floor and 2 bedrooms (king) on second floor. Laundry room which is a plus. I would love to stay here again! The property manager was in communication the entire time.
