About this property

Lovely, quiet two bedrom two bath garden-view unit, located very close to the pool. The unit is tiled throughout. Both bedrooms and the living room open on to a beautiful private balcony overlooking the tropical courtyard and gardens. King in the master bedroom,queen in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full size fully equipped eat in kitchen, a dining area for 6 and a wet-bar. This unit has wireless internet.

You get one assigned covered parking spot in the garage for a vehicle under 6ft 3 inches. There is common area parking in the outside lot for other vehicles.

The property is located right next to Smathers Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. There is an olympic size heated pool. 20 person jacuzzi down by the pool. A small fitness center and a sunning beach in the Courtyard. We have some charcoal grills for your convenience also.

A great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great stay

Property was outstanding. We have stayed at 1800 Atlantic in previous years and enjoy the condos and all the amenities. Great place to vacation. Only problem is that the rents have increased incredibly over the past couple years. We used to stay for a month, but skipped last yr and only a week this year. Unless the rents come down, we willl find other places to go.

Very nice get away

The condo was clean and well maintained. The heated swimming pool was very nice. You could relax on your patio or go down to the pool area and have a view of the water. We had a relaxing time.
