This property was a great place stay for anyone wanting to enjoy Calgary’s downtown scene. We walked or scootered multiple times daily and it was so convenient. It’s a beautiful property that was super clean.
Very nice home with 5 baths, great for multiple couples. Great communication with the property manager. We used the house location to explore Calgary and National parks to the west. About a tour hour drive to Banff. No air conditioning but the nights were very cool at the end of June.

Absolutely wonderful experience. House exceeded expectations and our super hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as trouble free and enjoyable as possible. Everytime we come back to Calgary I use their services because I know my family and I will be happy with our stay.
We paid a premium price and were extremely disappointed. The bathroom on the third floor flooded every night, necessitating multiple communications with the manager, who was responsive, but the owner was nowhere to be found. Workers were coming and going, and despite the premium price tag the owner refused to offer any suitable discount for the extreme inconvenience. I would never recommend this accommodation or anything operated by this owner. 0/10

Thank you for your stay with us.
To clarify, we requested access due to the rain from an unprecedented series of rain storms and we were denied access to complete the repair. Our response time was immediate throughout the stay.
The guest did not complain after raising the initial complaint (on night 2 of 4) which we were denied access to repair on night of the complaint. What we received was a reimbursement request after they checked out which we provided compensation but not the nearly free stay being demanded.
On the day of checkout at 11am (checkout time) we had our roofing company on site and resolved the issue that same day.
