Could use more utensils, a new toilet brush, toilet bowl upstairs with the one bed needed attention but could have just been badly stained.Upon arrival, smelled of wet dog or dirty mop water on first floor only. We opened windows and stayed with family for a few hours which we were doing anyway. There was a chewed up pillow from dog possibly. Broken glass in bottom cabinet. Loved sitting on patio. Loves being close to beach and pool.
Our family was very happy with our stay! The property was very clean and maintained. It was close to all of the happenings in town and yet quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.
The house was great, modern, and clean. I would bring your own pillows and the internet was extremely slow, but that didn’t affect us, as we were there for the beach. The grill is also very small and was broken while we were there. Other than that, it’s a beautiful and comfortable home to stay in.

Amazing location, sleepless nights
The good: this property has a wonderful location and accessibility to a private pool and beach. The bath towels were adequate. Patio furniture was good. Having a full bathroom on the main level was helpful when getting dressed.
The bad: I've never had a worse experience trying to sleep. The beds were so old and broken down, noisy, rolling to the center. My husband and I had to put a pillow between us just so we wouldn't roll to the center. The linens were gritty, thinning. The comforters were torn and worn. The linens were more like a budget motel than a beachfront property. The pillows were stiff, uneven and old.
We saw 3 live roaches while there. One crawled across my husbands arm in the bathroom. The other 2 were in the kitchen cabinets so we had to wash everything thoroughly before using. I sent an email to property manager upon arrival when we saw the first 2. Never received a reply.
The opportunities: kitchen needs a full set of knives. An entry table or hook for keys would be so helpful and homey. Add a swing downstairs under the house. The shaded are would be a nice hangout during the day. Add scissors and a lighter to the basic supply list. We brought our own but this is very rudimentary and make a big difference in convenience. The toaster handle is broken on one side. Just buy a new one. They are not expensive.
For anyone staying here: bring your own pillows, scissors, lighter, blankets/sheets and air mattresses or toppers.
