Welcome to our luxurious, newly built 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, complete with a private elevator and exclusive beach access. Located along the breathtaking Gulf Shores coastline, this retreat combines coastal elegance with Southern charm, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

Start your mornings on the balcony, enjoying stunning beach views as you sip your coffee and listen to the gentle sound of the waves.

Just steps away, you'll find sugar-white sands and the inviting waters of the Gulf for a refreshing swim.

What’s Included in Your Stay:

Full Home Access: You’ll have complete access to our spacious, three-story smart home with keyless entry, private parking, and a patio offering beautiful beach views.

Living Room: A comfortable living area with plenty of seating for family gatherings.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances, perfect for easy meal preparation.

Bedrooms: Each bedroom is designed for maximum comfort, with cooling gel memory foam mattresses and smart TVs for a restful stay.

Bathrooms: Most bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, offering convenience and privacy.

Private Patio: A dedicated outdoor seating area with stunning views of the beach.

Parking: You will have two parking spots under your unit. It may fit more back to back but we can only guarantee two spots. Please do not park across from the unit as those spots are for the complex across from us

Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Note: The private elevator is available for use upon signing a waiver and paying a $200 fee per stay.
There is a brand new building being built next door and there is potential for noise.

Absolutely stunning property. The space was perfect for 9 people and the accessibility to the beach was amazing! 10/10 recommend. We were able to walk to multiple locations (food, stores, etc). The host are amazing people too. Communication was great. We have no complaints!

Best rental we have ever stayed at!

The property is newly renovated and is very clean; everything was exactly as shown in the listing. The location is perfect with beach access mere feet from the unit. I appreciate that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, which is the first time I have ever been able to say this about any property.

Great location

We all loved it. Communication with the owners was so efficient. They answered all our questions. It was cozy and convenient. Our only complaint was out of their control. The hotel next door is being renovated. The fire alarm went off for hours first thing in the morning. The Reno won’t last forever- so we didn’t care. Just sleep deprived but mainly for having the best time there.

It was billed as BRAND NEW. That was clearly not true though I believe that yes, improvements were made. There was a small hole in the wall on side of entry door just below indoor steps. There was a strip of flooring missing in front of island that had the sink. Smudges on wall - all this to say it did not look BRAND new. The internet and tv situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Though it said the internet was connected with strong signal - the TV situation was awful. ONLY ONE tv (living room) even had an account for YouTube TV so we could watch LOCAL channels for weather etc. Basically we just watched what we could but every tv had different app availability and if you didn't have your own account for those, you were out of luck. Again living room tv was ready to sign into YouTube TV BUT it was so unreliable, it would just spin and spin and buffer. We had to reset router several times - still disappointing. It was a nice place, however and good location. Not sure if we would stay there again as it was VERY expensive for what we got.
