The property was clean, comfortable and unexpectedly quiet being at the back of the building. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and a very nice cafe/ boulangerie around the corner. The parking was very convenient. The host company was very responsive when we initially had a slight problem accessing the building. I highly recommend this property.
Excellent location, easy access to the highway and close to old Québec. Condo was exactly as listed. The unit was clean, comfortable bed, sufficiently equipped kitchen. The indoor parking was a definite plus. Would stay there again.
We walked every day to Old Town Quebec and geat restaurants and shopping near by. Expect 30 walk to old Quebec. Busses are also available on the main street. We arrive by train and also walked to this unit.Recommend
We loved the condo and the very walkable neighborhood: close to bakeries, groceries, Victoria Park, cafes, and bus stops. Kitchen is well equipped. Mike was responsive to our check-in issue (keypad is at the tenant intercom, to the right of the lobby door). A great place to enjoy Quebec City from.
Enjoyed our stay. Condo is in a quiet building close to main business district in St. Roch. Access was easy and all directions for use of property were clear. Condo was clean, but the bed and bath linens were tired. Our first night, we found hairs on the bed linens - both the ones on the bed and the extra set in the closet for the sofa bed -- so we had to do a load of laundry before we could go to bed. That was the only issue we had.
The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and we loved having the option of laundry. The kitchen was very well-equipped, even though we did not do much cooking other than breakfast. The location was great, especially because there are so many good restaurants close by. We had a little trouble figuring out the check in experience, but the host called us right back and walked us through so we were able to get in. The property is only about a 10-minute drive from the main sights of Quebec City. The only detraction I would say is that the directions to get into the property were difficult, but only due to construction on the street, not the host instructions. I am sure in another couple of weeks it will be easier to access. The chair on the balcony is rusted and needs to be replaced. I think the listing should also include that the gym and rooftop are NOT included in the stay instead of just not mentioning it at all. All in all, we would definitely stay at this property again.

Some issues
The apartment was clean, organized. However we stayed at the building two years ago (different apartment). We had no reason to believe that services we different. But:
After trying get into the gym and onto the terrace, we were told that these were not part of the deal. True I didn't pay attention to the small print but why should I? We stayed in the property before. A MAJOR disapointment.
The other issue was the TV. It died after a few days and could not get it working. Management put we to work checking different components. Management should have sent a technician over right away.
We will not stay there again. And after good experiences with VRBO this was a black eye for your company.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your stay. We dont advertise that there is a gym available. Your expectations were not met because the units are owned and managed by different owners. We respect the building rules that restrict the gym is for long term resident only. The tv was functionnal for first two days, but then some settings were changed on the Roku setup. This wasn't a cable problem.
