Convenient, attractive & airy, this home with sunny southern exposure is located within a mile of town and beaches. Mini splits downstairs. AC upstairs
Spacious home features an open dining/kitchen (well-stocked!)/living room, one queen bedroom and one full bath on ground floor. Living area has flat screen HDTV with Amazon prime and WiFi. Internet speed is very good. Second floor has one queen bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom. Enjoy this well-stocked rental with all modern conveniences.
There is a deck with gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs on lawn. Outdoor shower.

Brian was so helpful and available, he was a great host. The house was clean and spacious and we loved having AC in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
Brian is an attentive host who was able to accommodate us well, including getting an extra tank of gas for the grill! The house is in a great location to use as a base for biking around the island

Pretty good, but house needs a really thorough cleaning. Pretty well equipped kitchen, but LR couch and BBQ grill need to be replaced.

Hi Dawn, The couch will be replaced. It was scheduled for this year but getting the stove, clothes washer and dryer done was extremely difficult due to covid supply & delivery. Getting laborers to help was impossible. My cleaning crew wonders what was dirty since this has never been a problem and feedback usually comments on how clean the house is. As the gentlemen at the house surmised , the problem with the grills was overfilled propane tanks which I had never encountered before. It was fixed the next day. At least the wedding went well.
First time staying at Brian’s property. Location was good. About a 20 minute walk to town. Just be aware that the walk will be on the grass or the road, as there are no sidewalks on the walk till you get closer to town. Only an issue if you have littles. Nice size bedrooms, and having AC in the bedrooms was awesome as it got muggy while we were there. Kitchen was well stocked, and the freezer had an ice maker! This is a big deal on the block. Everything was nice and clean. Would stay here again.
We loved our stay. Brian was a terrific host, unobstrusive but always responsive. Spacious, clean house had terrific back yard, lots of amenities, and easy walk to "downtown." Large open kitchen/dining space had lovely view of verdant yard.

Really enjoyed the stay, just one thing, no a/c, meaning it was misty in the house with a sour odor but a trip to the store where we got some air freshner made it smell like roses. I wouldn't stay longer than 5 days as the groceries there are double what you pay in the mainland, definitely a good place to see.

Sorry, we'd removed the AC for the 40mph winds and rain from tropical storm Dorian. Weather had been cool (in 60s at night) so didn't think they were needed. ACs were in all Summer
We loved our stay in this very comfortable house. The kitchen is great for cooking and gathering around. The owner is full of tips for the island and is very kind and considerate. Wonderful stay.
We had an awesome time in Block thanks to Brian and his wonderful house. The house was very well equipped with pretty much everything. We packed way more than we needed to. The house is ideally located. A few minutes walk to downtown but we love that it was centrally located. We brought a car with us and everywhere we needed to get to was right around the corner. I don’t think that the pictures do the property justice because it’s even nicer in person. The biggest hit of the week was the outside shower. The yard was great size for kids to play and had chairs and a picnic table for use. Brian was so welcoming and accommodating. He let us come in early to drop off all of our perishable foods to the fridge and freezer hours before check in and then we went and explored downtown until the house was ready. If we do another week on Block, this property is definitely at the top of our list.
Our family of five (3 adults and two kids)had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house. Perfect layout, well equipped kitchen and close to town, this couldn’t have been more perfect. Brian, the owner was very helpful and fun to chat with about all things BI. We will be back for sure!
This property is beautiful, light, spacious, and close to town and beaches. Owner could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Met us at ferry to help with our bags and gave us many recommendations on the best places to go. House is the perfect layout for a family of 5 or 6 and kitchen is well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous vacation house
The house was perfect and exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 2 children (and 2 dogs) in our group. The house was spacious enough for all and very clean. There was a nice backyard with badminton set up for the kids to play, a deck with a grill and adirondack chairs to enjoy the lovely Block Island nights. The house was in a great location, close to many walking trails and town.
Brian, the owner, was a super nice guy. Totally accommodating and available, ensuring that everything was just right for our stay. He was our go to for beach spots and restaurants.
We love Block Island and have been many times, but this was our first rental experience. The house and cost of rental was a fabulous value and we will surely rent it again.

Adorable, spacious vacation rental!
We loved this rental house! It's in a great location, close to town & restaurants. The house is adorable and very clean & spacious! I went with my husband, kids & my parents, the kids loved the big back yard to play in. The owner Brian is great to rent from, very informative & hospitable! We had a great stay & would love to rent again!

Perfect Block Island rental
I gave this 5 stars because it was fabulous in every way, starting with the helpful property owner, Brian, and continuing with a spacious, clean and adorable house. The backyard was large and very quiet, the location was convenient to downtown and the beaches and MANY restaurants, and our stay was so wonderful that I would like to return next summer! I went with my husband and daughter and son in law and it was a hit with everyone!

Wonderful stay
You could not ask for a more equipped house and more helpful owner. Brian is terrific and knows the island better than anyone we have met. Everything about the hose was terrific and the stay on the island was magical. Lobster roll - Dead eye Dicks, Mansion Beach a must, Sunset at North Lighthouse beautiful, I can say anything negative about the house or the stay.

block island getaway
Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation at this house. We were a short bike ride in to town and used our bicycles a lot. The location is great! The house was just right for the 5 of us, cute and comfy. Brian was very easy to deal with and very accomodating and available when we had questions. We would definitely come back here on our next visit to Block Island, which I hope is soon because it's a beautiful, wonderful place to visit!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time - the house is spacious, sunny and clean and the large back yard was very private. Just a few minutes on a bicycle from the grocery store, we stocked up on groceries and used the barbeque on the deck for outdoor family dinners. Our only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer.
