This luxury 3 bed/3bath CORNER with PHENOMENAL sunset views is within walking distance to surf shops, restaurants, and entertainment!! This 20th floor DIRECT BEACHFRONT offers amenities that include, infinity HEATED indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, and sauna! Come relax on either of our TWO balconies!! Our large primary balcony over looks The Gulf and our westside balcony has both views of The Gulf, Little Lagoon, and city night life. Our beautiful unit boasts TWO PRIMARY SUITES with king size beds and private baths with a third additional bedroom and bathroom. This complex offer a luxurious get away and so much more located in the heart of Gulf Shores!
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property.

You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Your (1) parking pass fee has automatically been added to your nightly fee. An additional parking pass is $40. Let us know immediately after booking if you need an additional pass and I can add the additional fee to your reservation. Max 2 vehicles.
Covered parking has a 6'8” clearance.

Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Great Place to Stay

It was great for the 5 of us. There is plenty of room and the views are great. Its been 16 years since I had been to Island Tower and it was everything I remembered. The location is the best part. Directly on beach and close enough to just about everything. Jessica was also very helpful before and during our stay.

Excellent location and view

This place was everything we expected from the listing and we had a great time. Our only real drawback was that the floors were so dirty that if you took your shoes off your feet would be black with dirt almost immediately. The management was very communicative though and offered to steam mop immediately.

Property was great; great location, and amenities. Check in and check out process was simple. Loved the keyless entry, didn’t have to worry about keeping up with the key! One of the bedrooms was much warmer than others; other than that, we are ready to book for next year!

This condo is fabulous. The pictures are very accurate. Each room having a bathroom is great. Washer/Dryer is so handy. The views are amazing. I will book again for sure. The property was very well run. The pools are clean, sauna was nice and beach access is amazing. I cannot say enough nice things. Property manager was responsive. We had no issues at all. BOOK IT!!!

Amazing View!

We have been coming to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach for 25 years and never have we experienced such an amazing view! The condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed and that included an ice machine! We could sit for hours and watch the gulf, sunset or nightlights view. We had a sensational trip and will be back! Thanks for the memories! The Edman Family!

Will Stay Here Again

The property was exactly as described. We arrived and had no issues with parking. Security guards were available and having the larger SUV park on the ground level. I did get a ticket put on my vehicle shortly after arrival but they removed it once I placed my parking pass on the car. The elevators were quick, pools were so nice to have, the indoor pool is much cooler. Property was clean and no issues were encountered. The access to the beach was so nice. We had a wonderful time and will book this property again. Booking agent was timely with any messages.

Nice experience

Everything was great, only two small issues. The t.v and satellite is the master bedroom didn't work,the t.v in the living room would only work from the roku remote, no satellite connection.
