Inside this mountain gem, you will find a bright and welcoming space to call home. The soaring ceilings and large windows in the living area make the space feel extra spacious. Gather around the coffee table and break out the provided board games and puzzles for an evening of games and entertaining conversations. The gas fireplace will keep you all nice and warm if you are visiting during the winter months. The well-appointed kitchen will allow the chef of the family to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. It's equipped with modern stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a double-door fridge, five-burner stovetop, built-in dual oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a Keurig coffee maker. There is plenty of counter space and storage available as well. Sit up at the breakfast bar or around the dining table for a meal before heading into town for your next adventure. This level also features a nice TV room/sunroom with a smart TV with cable, TiVo, and Apple TV. An extensive deck wraps around the home offering a great spot to dine alfresco and take in the gorgeous views.

The lower level is the welcoming family room offering an inviting rec area with a smart TV with cable, a wood-burning fireplace, and even more board games! Challenge your friends to a round of billiards or get ready for an entertaining movie night. There is a wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, and ice maker as well. Head outside to take in the beautiful scenery all around you. Don't forget your bathing suit! You'll enjoy your time outdoors even more with access to the private hot tub. When you aren't soaking in the hot tub, enjoy a meal off the grill on the patio. You will have a washer/dryer available during your stay allowing you to pack light.

Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom on the main level, offering a gorgeous gas fireplace, access to the deck, a desk, a smart TV with cable and TiVo, and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. The lower level features another bedroom with two desks and a printer, a smart TV with cable and TiVo, and an en suite bathroom. The upper level enjoys two additional bedrooms and a loft with a seating area. No matter how you choose to spend your time, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime during your stay here.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
