4 BR, 4 BA Home – Near Ski Shuttle – Spacious Layout – Sleeps 12!

Now here’s a large, comfortable home with plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. It’s in a quiet Breck neighborhood with lots of trees … and it’s just two blocks from the free shuttle stop taking you to the ski area base and Main Street. It’s a place you and your group will want to come back to year after year!

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is perfectly set up for groups of up to 12 – and with three master bedroom suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for multiple couples/families to share! In the living area, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, great natural light, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for trading stories after the day’s mountain adventures. There’s also a separate family room area with another gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, so the kids can watch their favorite movie, too.

The kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from après-ski snacks to memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for two more at the counter. Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious deck, a gas grill, private hot tub and seating to take in the mountain air.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for up to three vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Great location, spacious, well appointed. Hard to manage inside temps, very warm even with aggressive door/window openings evenings and overnight. 3-car parking limit was a bit of a nuisance, could have parked 6 cars in circle drive.

Perfect Get away for Friends and Family

The place was perfect for our friends and family! Enough room and super close to Main Street Breckenridge. Perfectly met our needs for the weekend. My only complaint is there weren't extra towels for the hot tub or at least we couldn't find them.

Great for two families with kids

The layout with two living rooms was really nice for our group. Each room having its own bathroom was a big plus as well! We made good use of the hot tub and enjoyed the home being so close to town.

Perfect location and property

Group of friends from all over met up for a couple days of hikes, rafting, breweries, and games. Loved the house, could walk to town and the home was spacious with a lot of space for everyone. Thanks again for having us

Family Summer Vacation

The house was a perfect place for our family vacation. The floor plan allowed everyone their own space and the furniture is notably comfortable. The wildflowers in the back yard were in full bloom to enjoy while in the hot tub, on the porch swing or watching for foxes. Perhaps our favorite was the location and being able to walk to downtown or any of the many neighborhood trails. We would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you!!!

Great stay for skiing

Only two small comments for those considering booking. Driving and parking by the gondola is recommended. This is less of a pain than I thought it would be and is honestly 100% worth how much more space you have to yourself than a ski in and out condo. The literal only small drawback is that the washer and dryer are kind of small for a house of the size. Just plan ahead if you’re going to do laundry and you have a large group. This was a fantastic place to stay!

Comfy and Cozy

The house was very comfortable and spacious for our group of ten. Both living spaces had comfortable seating and the fireplaces made it warm and cozy. The property manager was prompt in replying to any questions we had. The check out process was the easiest of any house we’ve stayed in. The bunk room was much smaller than we expected but our girls made it work. I would have liked to have been able to drop off our luggage earlier than four when we got to town so we could go rent our ski gear. The owner might consider giving renters early access to the garage to drop off luggage and free up space in cars to rent gear and/or grocery shop to make best use of time. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Not what we expected

When we arrived, the place was still slightly dirty cups left out wet entry floor marks on walls. And our initial thoughts were well we can get on with our trip, but then we started to notice that many of the amenities that we had expected we’re not going to be available to us. The garage which was listed as available, was not. The slow cooker which we asked for in advance to arrival, and we were told that was available and present, was not. The hot tub was at a shivering 52° and needed to be warmed. And all of the kitchen utensils were like of a college bachelors. The microwave sounded like it was going to blow up. The toilet on the second floor required us to reach into the tank each time we needed to flush and stop the toilet from running.

Such a great property, with full kitchen, hot tub, and easy walk to both downtown as well as a shuttle stop which brings you right to the hill. Check in and check out was very easy.Some things to note if you have a large group (12 people) staying for a while (5 nights).- Hot tub was not very hot when we arrived. Make sure to turn up the heat before you get into your bathing suit- There is not enough room in the garbage can, would recommend more- Not enough dishwasher pods or laundry detergent or garbage bags- Will need to wash the towels every day or 2, not enough for 12 peopleOverall though we had a wonderful stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Royal aspen retreat was the perfect setting for our winter break. We had 3 families, each with small kids. The dining area was big enough to sit for family style dinners, and the presence of TWO living rooms was a game changer in that the kids could watch cartoons/movies on one end of the house, and the adults could relax in a separate space. The hot tub apres ski experience was luxurious, and combined with the comfy beds, we were recharged each day. The location couldn’t have been better - we didn’t try the free shuttle but it was easily accessible, and the drive to the slopes was <5 min. Check-in / out was seamless and the communication with the Summit staff was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely book here again!

Great place!

This was a great house! Good location, just 12min walk to city center in a great neighborhood. Nice hot tub, deck, and gas grill. Well-equipped kitchen. Lots of room with plenty of comfortable beds.
