Come to the beach and enjoy this beautifully decorated, updated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Gulf side condo that is located on the 3rd floor in tower 3. From the beachfront balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the sunrise, or enjoy your meals while listening to the Gulf waters. With a fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware, the cook of the family will only need to bring the food, while the guests can dine in the dining area with seating for 6 at the table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. The living room boasts a beautiful view of the Gulf that can be seen from the dining room and kitchen! There is ample seating in the living area with a full sectional sofa/loveseat and large screeen TV. The beautiful master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, access to the units private balcony, and a master bathroom with a full-size stand up shower. In the middle guest bedroom, there is a queen bed, TV, and its own private balcony. The front guest bedroom has 2 twin beds for your additional guests. All units include a full-size washer and dryer, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi. Please no smoking or Pets on property.
