Welcome to my Pedregal Villa of 4,080 sq ft located only 5 houses from a private 2 mile sandy beach. 4 bedrooms 4 full bathrooms plus two half baths. Central A/C, sleeps up to 8. Ocean views from upstairs bedrooms, quiet location in Pedregal the best development in all of Cabo San Lucas! Relax in the very private heated swimming pool and spa. Fire up the built in gas BBQ and enjoy your favorite bbq meal. The house and pool area has stereo speakers built in so you can enjoy your favorite music.

Each bedroom has it's own flat panel TV, ceiling fan and king size beds. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with refrigerator freezer, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove top, stainless sink with garbage disposal. All utensils and pots and pans provided. Dining room seats 8 at the table plus 4 more at the island. Beach toys and chairs plus beach towels included.

Ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms, large 85" flat TV in the living room, best value in Cabo! Included in the rental is beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, tennis rackets and balls, pickle ball rackets and balls, ice cooler, basketball, soccer ball, etc.

Amazing stay!

I booked this house for my bachelorette trip with 7 girlfriends during the month of April. This is one of the nicest houses I have ever stayed in! All of the ammenities are brand new, there is a TON of space, very very comfortable beds/bedrooms/bathrooms, amazing pool/spa, the list goes on. We had so much fun hanging by the pool and getting ready in all 4 of the master bedrooms/bathrooms. There was surround sound throughout the entire house and backyard, which made our days and nights at the house very fun. The neighborhood views are breathtaking. We walked to the gorgeous beach (just down the hill) every morning for coffee and had it to ourselves. It was one of my favorite trips ever. The owner and property managers were also extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying at this house!

Best Birthday Ever!

This property was Absolutely amazing! The house was identical to the pictures posted on line. Our host had his property manager available and allowed us to have groceries delivered prior to our arrival which made it so nice and convenient after a long day of travel. I can’t wait to go back and book the same house! Everything was clean, and neat when we arrived. Best Birthday trip ever!! Thank you!

I live in Park City, Utah one of the best ski resort towns in America. I am a Real Estate Developer and investor and love to travel. Since it snows six months a year I had to find a warm weather getaway for breaks from skiing. I love the Mexican culture food and festivities especially when I am in Cabo!

Why they chose this property

My friend built a home in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas and I really like the location and development. It is Cabo's original and premier destination located right in front of the Marina where all of the restaurants and activities are located. My house is located on the quiet Pacific side where you can enjoy the tranquility but if you want action it is located right over the hill from my house at the Marina! Pedregal is referred to as the "Beverly Hills of Cabo" and once you see the incredible homes in the neighborhood you will agree. So book my house and come have a vacation of a life time! David
