El Mirador de Pedregal is a 4 bedroom home located in the prestigious private community of Pedregal overlooking the entire downtown of Cabo San Lucas including the Cabo Marina, Lands End, and both the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. This 2210 sq ft split-level home was built on a 6254 sq ft lot in 1984 when there were only 6 other homes in Pedregal and still has one of the best views of downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina. It has all the amenities of home including satellite television, free high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, outside dining tables, and a ten foot deep pool overlooking everything you came to see.

Cost is $600/night (Up to 4 Guests) + $125/night/guest (Up to 8 Guests)

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your trip, we can refund 80% of the deposit within 30 days of booking, 50% up to 45 days prior to your arrival. There are no refunds if the reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to the arrival date. There are no cancellations during Christmas or New Years week.


RESCHEDULE: If you need to reschedule your trip, you may reschedule 45 day or more prior to your arrival date with the same property and number of nights for travel within one year of the original check-out date. Subject to a $100.00 USD rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and price increases and the nightly rate is based on the new reservation dates.
