The Lazy Dayz Cottage is conveniently located only 5 miles off I-26, 4 miles to downtown Mars Hill, 9 miles to downtown Marshall, 13 miles to Weaverville, 19 miles to Wolf Ridge Ski and 22 miles to downtown Asheville. Relaxing getaway for couples or the whole family. Many outdoor activities within 30 minutes in multiple directions. Very close to Mars Hill University for easy access to ballgames and events at the college.

About the host
Hosted by Renee
We grew up in the area and have raised our kids nearby. We love camping, outdoors and exploring! We enjoy meeting so many different people while hosting. This is our only rental and we purchased it because of the feeling we got when we were at the house. The serenity and calmness of the valley is amazing!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and in the country while also being only a few minutes to small towns and 30 minutes from the city.
What makes this property unique
We left some of the original pieces from the home when the updates were completed. All of the interior doors and kitchen cabinets are from the original home.
