Such a beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Mountains

We would highly recommend this house for your next trip to the mountains. The house is so clean and cozy. The directions and proximity to everything was so convenient and yet we melted into that porch and view every morning and afternoon with our coffee. We used the grill to cook steaks, we made a bonfire and had smores! Everything was just what we needed. Thanks again!

Perfect

We were traveling to Asheville to visit the UNC-Asheville Campus. This property was absolutely perfect for us. Our party consisted of four adults. Everyone was comfortable in their own room. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pit and I specifically enjoyed the hot water and fantastic water pressure in the shower. We would definitely book again when we are back for UNC-Asheville move in.

Perfect house for staying with dogs

We chose this house for a quick getaway to visit the Biltmore. It’s an easy 30 minute drive to Asheville. The house was wonderful, it was nicely decorated with a mixture of modern furniture and antiques. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and anything you would need to cook. The beds were really comfortable as were the pillows. The table on the deck had a view of the mountains and there was a gas grill and fire pit. For me, the best thing was the set up for my dogs. The large yard was fully contained with a chain link fence. There were dog gates at the stairs on both ends of the porch so you could contain the dogs in the yard or on the porch. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and I would stay there again in a heartbeat..

Great Porch, yard and home

The property was excellent! Our favorite part was the amazing porch and yard! The house was so comfortable, beds and pillows were great. The porch can be completely fenced off, which was an amazing feature for kids or pets. The beautiful, well kept yard is completely fenced in as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We renovated and then lived in the house three years while we built our home up the driveway. We had Christmas dinner in here 2013 with nine family members.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property so as to enjoy quiet and privacy without being too remote. The views, from this porch, were the selling point. We came from NJ "flatlands" and love the mountains.

What makes this property unique

Full kitchen and laundry make for a true home away from home. Large fenced yard and safe location makes it great for the kids.
Close proximity to Weaverville stores and restaurants eases the pleasures. Asheville, so close, gives city time and enormous amount of activities .
