What makes this property unique

This home is built literally over top of Cinco Bayou. Enjoy the water right off the back porch. West facing dock provides an amazing sunset at the end of the day ! This is a boaters dream , only a five minute boat ride to Destin and the world famous Crab Island . Destin pass is right around the corner giving you access to some amazing fishing in the Gulf of Mexico .
