Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the neighborhood beach/bay, with out door showers, park, and picnic area. Bring the boat or jet Skis there's a boat dock too and room to park in the private driveway. A kid friendly home that is baby proofed with outlet covers, baby gate, pack n play, and kitchen cabinet locks. Depending on the time of year the beach is a short 9-20 minute drive.
